This place was a breath of fresh air. We had been traveling for three weeks, staying at similar hotels with similar star ratings and this one blew us away. Everything that you see on the picture is exactly as it is in the room, the breakfast is scrumptious, The staff is attentive and great at communicating, and the location suited as perfectly. We traveled with a little two year old and the grocery store right next-door was perfect for easy in and out. We would highly recommend this place.

Not much bad to say about this place. Maybe one mediocre part was that the shower has a tendency to have water spill out the top/sides due to its engineering, we just use an extra towel on the floor and the problem was solved. Really great place though.

Good location in San Isidro district. The room was cleaned every day. The room itself needs some refreshing though (in some places the walls were dirty, also the ceiling was cracking). Nice and helpful staff.

Breakfast monotonous - every day the same foods, poor choice: one kind of ham, one kind of cheese (stuck to the platter), scrambled eggs and sausage, one kind of cake, orange juice and water, coffee and tea so for a short stay it's ok but if someone planned to stay longer than it's boring. Swimming pool at the roof top is just a bigger pond or bathtab. You can sit in it but forget about swimming. View from the window (6th floor) was just the windows of the opposite building.

It is an excellent hotel. Very well organized staff, pool available, a little small, but good. Excellent varied breakfast with good ingredients. I also highlight that the room had an excellent view of the city and was soundproofed. I slept very well. Few television channels but enough for a short stay. I paid in Nuevos Soles and the exchange rate used by the hotel was good compared to other hotels where they use very high exchange rates against the dollar. That is a point in favor of this hotel. Finally, I found it very clean. Of course I will return.

Only one point against is that the telephone number given in booking does not correspond to the hotel, it corresponds to another headquarters in another district. When I arrived at the hotel they gave me another telephone number that does not appear in booking.

Javier he is the best worker at the hotel . So kind , so helpful . He works at the restaurant but he is always trying to help everyone

I told them that it was fine although I didn't know and that they charge it from my card and they told me that it should be cash. I told them that at that moment I didn't have it but since my reservation was for 6 days, yes, please, you can give them the next day because already It was late and there was no bank and I was there. Very tired from the flight and her answer was no, but if not, we can give you your money back and you are left without a room??? Imagine at that time in another country. I had to call a friend who lives in Lima at that time to help me. what a shame 😞

Fortunately, the tiny pool on the roof is super heated, since the outdoor temperature isn't high in the winter. The hot tub could be a little hotter. It was great to get served food/drinks up there. The breakfast buffet had good variety and the dining staff (in fact, all the staff) were friendly. Dinner menu could use more veggie options. Room was bland but clean, modern, and well-equipped. Gym equipment was a bit lacking but at least they had one. Location is so-so -- it's within a couple of miles of a lot of things, but not too much right there except a couple of restaurants and grocery stores. Posh neighborhood.

Everything is clean and functional. They were very accommodating bringing us an extra chair and desk to work. Thank you!

They charged us for blood stains on a towel, which I find really disrespectful. They don’t know what could have happened and that kind of policy is really absurd and invasive. Why the hell is the cleaning staff even going on about what happens inside clients rooms? That is an invasion of privacy to say the least.

Travel for vacation with family and friends from Australia. Staff were very helpful with any requests, and happy to assist with our little amount of Spanish we spoke. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Foyer/ reception was approachable and welcoming. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was exceptional, a wide variety, fresh coffee and omelettes made to order. The best hotel breakfast of our 6 week South American holiday. Rooms were great value for money given size etc. Location is within easy walk of supermarket and local restaurants, in a tourist area of Lima, and was a great central base for exploring many places in this city. We stayed for 4 nights and could easily have stayed longer as there was so much to see that we didn't get to! Highly recommend.

#1Need to fix the bar box in the room! I got changed 2 time and They don work. Need to be 🆒. A was very disappointed because never the Beer or water got 🥶. And needed to Bi more flexible white and Musical in the pool 😞nede more variety for all people.

The Atencion in the restaurant by the Waitress very happy with the service and very happy with Atencion. By the group in the restaurant.

The room was very large and comfortable. Not the best bed but comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast. Walking distance from a mall & supermarket. Close enough to the airport and to other areas of Lima.

The jacuzzi was closed due to repair (not disclosed on booking) which was disappointing and part of the reason for booking this hotel along with justification of price.

The rooms were spacious, good choice of TV channels and apps on the smart TV. Staff were helpful and friendly. Responded very quickly to a minor safety concern.

Maybe being really critical but we were only ssued one Key card when checking in. On all three occasions.
