Super clean everywhere and although I don’t often travel solo, I felt very safe. Breakfast spread was impressive.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking because my stay was short. There was PLENTY of parking so there was no need for this. It was also a visit to my hometown so it felt a little insulting. Warwick (not in Providence) is not a massive inner city and there were lots of open spots. Sometimes I had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk and at least once, I felt like I was bothering them.

The room was very comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay.

They need to improve their cleaning, the days I was there the pool area was not cleaned. The floor was very dirty, as were the bathrooms.

Very clean. Staff friendly and very prompt when I ask for extra things like extra towels.

I don’t agree with the fact that the property charges for parking I feel like it should definitely be included we already pay so much for the room why add an extra fee.

The staff. We’ve stayed a couple times and every staff member we’ve come across is so friendly, helpful and makes you feel so comfortable. The amenities are why we stay here, as we have young kids and spend a lot of time enjoying all the hotel has to offer.

Rooms all have a lingering cigarette smoke smell. Mattresses in the pull out couches are awful. TVs need to be updated to smart TV’s.

Layout great. Very comfortable bed.

No coffee or water in room. The fridge was very unlevel so when you opened the door it all tilted forward. Very loud machine noises a few times a night--we were in 334, end of hall next to service and storage room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My wife and 2 year old toddler stayed for the week while I had work in Providence. Staff were very helpful with navigating and supporting my daughters dairy allergy.

The breakfast had staples of muffins, bagels, waffle maker, yogurt, strawberries, apple and orange juices,and oatmeal. Had extra toppings for things chocolate chips and sauces. Varied day to day regarding eggs, bacon, potatoes. Staff very helpful.

Had more green tea bags than black tea bags but this was minor thing.

we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and the man checking us in was a delight. he explained everything clearly and was just over all very welcoming. when we got to our room we were amazed at how big it was. i guess it didn’t register that it was a two bedroom suite which is pretty much an apartment! the fireplace was very cozy! we also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. the man who was cleaning and refilling everything was also super nice!

As always, the room size was great. Like a little apartment instead of a hotel room. Dog friendly first floor room.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Parking was sparse on Saturday night.
