The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

On website it was stated pay at property and no cancellation fee. My card was charged a week before and was told I could cancel till such a date then after there would be a fee ......

The location is convenient. Restaurants like Applebee's, Cracker Barrell, and McDonald's are very close. Home Depot and Walmart are also within walking distance to the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. The price is good.

When we checked into the room, I noticed a few minor housekeeping issues. The lotion was half-full and there was no decaf coffee. I didn't mind this much other than I noticed it. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

we didnt stay and have breakfast because there was alot of line men workers there at that time and none of the food was covered with a splash covering the food,,,and they wanted everyone to use the same utensils,,,and with covid spiking again we didnt think it was a good idea,,plus by 730 there wasnt much food to choose from ,,that was the only proble

we loved the room and it was clean,,some of the staff were great,,,there was one woman that couldnot or wouldnt answer too many questions we had ,,from booking to paying etc,,,we had questions the day before and she couldnt answer us about getting a handicap room near a door,,,and if we could pay cash,,,i wish i knew her nane

I want to highly recommend Jerry from the front Desk..from the time I check in he was very polite, well manner and good person to talk to.. He also keep his words by changing my room and was on point ..lf I own a Hotel I will definitely hire Jerry cause he has a pleasant personality..

Well, l know we still in the pandemic ..l was disappointed with the hot food breakfast..the menu never change..it was the same menu for duration of my staying .(5 days ). Furthermore, they need to make the gym a little bit bigger ... it was sweat box in that small room..upgrade the gym with some better equipments ..

Very clean, modernized facility, conveniently and quietly located off of I 95. It is a perfect location for the Newport Festivals and you will get GREAT value for your money. Kind helpful staff and good continental breakfast. Similar to nearby competition but a better value. ALSO!!! Great beds and pillows. You truly will sleep well!

Everything lol! Super clean lobby, pool, rooms etc. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly with great real personalities not the fake customer service type. My daughter was amazed at the secret room of breakfast options that is hidden by the barn door (she seriously thought it was like a magical portal) the pool was fantastic and after growing up having a pool my whole life I can honestly say it was clean, clear and the levels such as PH and all of that were spot on. Definitely will stay again.

The tub in our room has a slow drain so when we finished showering there was an inch or so or water in the bottom of the tub. It took a few minutes to drain leaving the tub bottom dirty and needing a rinse.
