Nicely located almost over the Metro Pernety with nice restaurants, boulangeries, markets etc connected by a bus to Place D Italie.... polite (but ineffective on a single issue - see comment) staff who helped with a few things , the room , bathroom are nicely appointed but with just enough space to move around the bed with dangerously low protruding obstructive beams. Could do with glasses instead of paper cups. Requested housekeeping to change sheets last day which unfortunately didn't happen though they cleaned the room well and provided fresh towels and extra duvet. I would go back to stay but they need to take customer complaints a lot more seriously and provide closure if they display three stars on the door!

It has to be the lack of responsiveness to my immediate complaint about the malfunctioning TV. Usually I don't watch TV but this trip was during the Paris 2024 Olympics and throughout my three days stay (after what must have SIX occasions when I repeatedly brought it to what was FOUR front desk personnel attention) all I got was excuses and explanations of what was or could be the problem. This unsavoury experience was really quite a blot on an otherwise nice hotel but passing the buck and lack of resolution isn't really my idea of customer service!

Super friendly staff. Our room was ready slightly before check-in.. helped greatly since travelling w kids. There was a thankfully a lift for luggages. Building, room & bathroom was clean. Linens and towels provided. Great location. Cute neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and bakeries just steps away. I recommend for the price & experience.

No small fridge in room… I had personal medication that needed to stay cold. So I used the mug they provided in the room and put cold water in it and changed it as often as I could.

We were able to book in at about 9pm and were warmly welcomed by the man at reception. He was very kind and helpful. The room on the 4th floor was cute although a tall person may find it difficult. The location was great with a metro very close and bus to the RER to get to the airport also very close. Open 24/7 meant we could go out late at night and be let back in as the reception man recognised us and was so lovely. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Myself and 2 teenage daughters felt safe there.

It was very dark with only a few lamps.

Cute little Parisian room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It had a window that opened up fully and you could see the top of the Eiffel tower. Air conditioner worked well and staff were very friendly. Budiling also has an elevator, bonus! Cafes and restaurants close by and close to a metro station, so extremely easy to get around.

The air-conditioning worked almost too well and was temperature controlled and locked so could not be adjusted. Although would prefer an aircon that was too cold than not one at all and would not impact me staying there again

great location. Very helpful staff on reception. Availability of secure parking 200 meters away, though it was £20 euro per day for a short break it was worth it to have the convenience of the car.

The cost of the stay was 400 euro. when I made the booking they put 200 euro to “pending” in my account. When I paid on departure I had to pay the full 400 euro. I was told the other 200 euro would be back in my account in 5 days. it was 10. Great hotel, don’t understand why I didn’t have to just pay 200 euros on departure plus the 200 they had already earmarked in my lending account. Bear this in mind when booking.

For the location and cost this place is a steal! Some of the interior was outdated, but it was nothing to scoff at. The staff was super friendly and professional and the room was more than worth the price we paid (comfortable enough bed and sufficient amount of space).

To nitpick (again place is worth the price easily). The heating for the room wasn't affected by adjusting thermostat, so we were quite hot in the middle of the night (still bearable). It is affordable so there is young people staying there, which may make it loud other nights. We did not have noisy neighbors thankfully.

Door slamming / very loud whenever anyone closes the doors Some Staff at front desk not welcoming or friendly (most were very nice) Our bags were stolen before arriving in Paris and the man at reception charged us €2 for a toothbrush! This isn’t a hostel for F1 hotel so I was surprised (but happy they had one for us🥹)

The staff is cheerful, speks English and is keen to help with whatever you need. Besides this, the vegan bakery below the hotel and the super close subway station made our stay above our expectations. Excellent location.

I think the room facilities would benefit from small repairs, like removing some rust corners in bathroom appliances and by adding a frigobar and microwave.

Nice small stylish hotel in lovely and fairly quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a short or longer stayover in Paris, easy to get to from gare de Montparnasse. Loved the window that opened nicely with view on the street below.

room is small, not ideal when you have a lot of luggage. But that's what to expect in central paris :-)
