The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean and roomy, and the complimentary breakfast was first rate. I was able to check in later than anticipated but it was perfectly great working with Jason and the rest of the staff.

It's not really a complaint so much as a preference. The bed was pretty tall for me to get in and, while I didn't have any issues, I did get concerned that I might have issues getting in and out of bed in the middle of the night for one reason. But again, that's only my preference. I'm not going to complain about the hotel not knowing I'm shorter.

We love the pool & hot tub area! My children & I love to do a little escape when we can to relax with this hotel. Elham that runs the breakfast buffet is the nicest thing & you can tell she puts love into her job. The entire staff is friendly! Overall always a great stay.

There are signs everywhere saying quiet time is at 10…one night there was the entire lobby & children in the pool until 11. Confused why they post signs all over their hotel, but don’t enforce the rules when it’s happening literally in front on their faces that rules are being violated.

The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, the pool/spa is clean and a very nice bonus, and breakfast is included and many tasty options.

I stayed for three nights, and my room was never cleaned. The housekeepers must have come in, and replenished the towels, and emptied the trash-but they left the bed unmade and the floor and counters were not cleaned. I also found a small blood stain on my sheets, which was bothersome to me!

Elham was very sweet to my kids at breakfast and she even Went the extra mile to warm up extra gravy since there was none left. She was working very hard at breakfast. The gentleman who checked us in at night was also very kind and he was very welcoming.

A lot of traffic seemed to be happening in the parking lot, although I know this is not the property itselfs fault I felt like a few of the females waiting outside didn’t even have rooms there and was trying to do illegal activities.

I liked the room, very comfortable surrounding. The bed was relaxing and the room all together had a very nice touch to it. Please dont lose the motivational approach to a wonderful stay. Thank you all for your hard work.

I didnt sleep all that great from the floors above us. Alot of thumping and moving around. But, as long as people have a good time i can as well.

convenient location to our Michigan family, rooms were clean and comfortable. Impressed with the friendly service at the main counter. continental breakfast was included, coffee was fresh.

found the main hallway on the first floor to be excessively humid, smelled of chlorine and warm - from the pool - otherwise we have no complaints!

Breakfast. Elham was the breakfast attendant and she did an excellent job. She was constantly cleaning the area and ensuring there was plenty to eat. The food was also very good.

Was much to do in the area.

The Breakfast was delicious and fresh. The Hot tub worked and was great. The bed was super comfy. The room was clean and nice.

Unfortunately our neighbors were loud after quiet hours. We wanted to use the hot tub before check out and it was closed for cleaning.

Clean, quiet, and easy access. Megan at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She does her job like she owns the place. I will return next year on or about the same weekend. Great place to stay. Thanks, Dennis J.

The breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub was a great addition. The room amenities were good to. Rooms up to date. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Would have liked to have a bathtub in the room instead of just a stand up shower.
