Old retro hotel, wonderful mountain view and with a nice, pleasant staff! Great breakfast!

Needs renovations

We arrived late and night and the staff were very efficient to check us into our rooms. Additionally most of the staff we encountered spoke good English which was helpful. Additionally, my friend and I had been delayed making the long trip from Bishkek to Osh - and the hotel reallocated our rooms and did not charge us for the extra night which they did not need to do. This was very much appreciated.

Nothing; on this occasion everything was prefect. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed in so far during my 4 week trip in Central Asia

I stayed at the Osh Nuru for four nights and felt very comfortable. It is close to the center and there are supermarkets nearby as well as a few restaurants. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy breakfast because I was always out early. I can't say anything about that. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was big enough. I was in Osh after the Pamir Highway and wanted a slightly better hotel than the one on the Pamir Highway to relax and wash my clothes. My room was on the sixth floor and there was a nice view of the city.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, central location.

Used their own poor exchange rate to convert from the US$ price to som, meaning each night cost around $1.50 more than it should have. Even if paying in dollars this still applied as more dollars were requested. Not a great practice, if they just quoted in som this could be avoided. Pool also open to the public so quite busy with children towards the end of the day.

The view was great. The rooms were spacious clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. It was hot so we enjoyed swimming in the pool.

The power outage lasted a long time. The bathroom drainage is poor.

It was nice to be on an upper floor in a high rise. The staff was very nice. Everything was ok.

The property was a little dated but everything within management control was well taken care of.

The hotel could use a renovation but in general we liked our stay here very muchh

Pretty good. They charge you extra to use the pool on the day of checkout. Pool attendants were however great, very helpful and their English was great!

Great front desk staff.

No room cleaning unless you specifically put the 'please clean' sign outside.
