Extremely large room, comfortable bed, everything was clean and furnished with taste. The rooms are quite quiet. Literally beneath the apartments, there is a food hall with a great variety of foods and drinks. We tried breakfast at one restaurant, and it was really good; we also had dinner at the Korean place, and it was great as well. The location is amazing, very close to the urban parts of Stocznia Gdańska. We parked the car right across from the entrance, which we paid for, but the price was reasonable.

Second time staying here this time the food court was opened, the loft style apartments are great for families with all modern conveniences, they are spacious, light and airy. Staff on reception are helpful and friendly providing coffe and toilet paper when required. The food court is wonderful with different cuisines from across the world at reasonable prices. Breakfast is available in the food court and was a great start to the day (the coffee is strong - definitely needed for long days exploring the city). Cant wait to return soon :)

Spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped apartment in a beautifully converted building (a former U-boat parts factory in the grounds of the former Gdansk shipyard). Has a very high-end feel about it. Main railway, WW2 museum, Gdansk shipyard museum and the Old Town all within walking distance. Gdansk is an amazing place to visit! Really liked that guests have to agree to observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 - more hotels should do this. Too many hotel stays are spoiled by inconsiderate guests. Despite a real mix of couples, families, small groups and metal fans attending a music festival, never disturbed at night during our week-long stay.

Huge room. Very modern and stylish. Great tv. The food court downstairs is amazing. Excellent bar. Lovely atmosphere.

My recent stay at Montownia lofts&experience was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds and the attentive staff. My loft was stunning, spacious with modern amenities and excellent furnishings. Attention to detail has been taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful design and pieces of art, which I could admire while relaxing in chill out zones. Perfectly designed lighting and the positive vibe were top notch! Staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. I felt like truly valued guest. The closenest of historical shipyard and city of Gdańsk made it a truly memorable experience. Montownia is my new favourite place on the map of Tricity. I will definitely come back soon.

Fantastic room, enough space to chill out in. The hotel is big and the childs play area was a bonus. Cool bunkbed if you want to sleep away from the partner! The food hall is just amazing, ate every night there, couldn't get enough and saved some arguments with the wife about what to eat! Live music in the evening sometimes.

Cot wasnt ready when we got into the room, but they quickly brought one up. Double bed was two singles together. Not a massive issue though. Food hall can get very busy at weekends, went early to get a good seat.

I loved the interior - I’m a big fan of the industrial look. We did the all inclusive breakfast - the Green Egg does great food.

On returning to the property on a few nights there were groups of people standing outside the entrance smoking a joint which is not really good look or smell.

Impressive building, comfortable loft apartment, walking distance to the city center, food court that offers wide choice, good soundproofing.

Stairs are rather steep to the 2nd bed. Suggestion to the property: information in the room (or receptionist at welcome) on how Montownia lofts function (listing additional services and their fees like room cleaning or parking, that one needs to ask at reception for room supplies or towel changes, where to leave rubbish, etc.)

Room very spacious and nicely fitted out, with a complete kitchenette. Amazing overall design of the structure, a great restoration and conversion project of an ancient industrial building, enriched with nice easter-eggs spreaded all around. Very quiet surrounding at night, little noisier during the day due to the many development projects in progress. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for a somehow different accomodation in town with a taste for design.

Availability of food and drink on site it’s the weak spot of the place, they definitely have to improve on this… I appreciate that there will be a food-court soon, but, in the interim they should -at very least- install some vending machine..! You can’t even get a bottle of water on site. Beware, get there equipped with your food/drink. That a minus for the time being.

A very cool, interesting space. The bathroom was very spacious as was the room itself. Good kitchenette. Big comfortable beds. The soundproofing was amazing, I’ve never stayed somewhere so quiet. Good location - about a 15/20 minute walk to the town centre and train station.

The room didn’t have a coffee machine or even any sachets for making a standard cup of instant coffee. It seemed odd that the mini-kitchen was otherwise so well equipped (it even had a small dishwasher) and yet missing something so basic. Only one of the beds was made up when we arrived. We asked for the second bed to be made up but instead a stack of bedding was just left in the room while we were out. When we tried to do it ourselves we discovered that the duvet cover was for a toddler bed so the duvet wouldn’t fit in to it. Not what you want to be dealing with late at night after traveling all day.
