Breakfast was good, everything was clean and nice. Hotel is right next to railway station so there is lots of pedestrian traffic around. It is very easy to walk to the Gdansk old town, it is only few hundred meters away from the hotel.

This hotel has no own parking area, there is only a parking building operated by another company right next to it. As I was on my motorbike and the building itself was being renovated it was quite complex to enter it. However I managed to park my bike and it stayed there untouched the entire time. This is not related to hotel itself, but as they advertise that they have "parking", but in reality there is no such option it is important to know that.

Easy access, also for disabled, all was very clean. Not far from city centre, bus station and trains. For bus station, just need walk under the road maybe 5 minutes. The room was well laid out, has a kettle, tea and coffee and a small fridge, they also give 2 bottles of water. Although the hotel is not too far from the road, I didn't notice any traffic noise. If you come from the airport and want to use the bus, just follow the blue line from the terminal to the bus station but you will need buy a ticket from the machine. Touch the flag top right to change language and select your ticket, I bought 75 minute ticket for 4.80 zlote (about €1) but be careful, the ticket is just a small piece of paper, DON'T lose it or it is 172 zlote fine (about €30). Bus number 210 will take you near the hotel.

This hotel is perfect, location is amazingly convenient, you are 15 minute walk away to Second World war museum, the tram, train,bus stop are right Infront of you. There are shopping malls and several supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Exceptionally clean hotel and rooms. We didn't have breakfast at hotel so I cannot comment on that. But overall we would definitely stay in this hotel if we came to Gdansk again.

Breakfast was very pricey I thought. Would have been convenient if it was reasonably priced. But not a big deal as you have Costa around the corner that opens at 7am and KFC Infront of hotel also serves breakfast from 5am.

The location was great. It was very close to the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the old town. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very varied and good. The bed was comfortable, except for the one thin pillow. We requested 2 more pillows, and they were delivered immediately. Our bathroom sink was stopped up. We should have notified the reception, but we lived with it. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. There was a kettle in the room and a refrigerator.

The coffee in the reception was not free. It was inexpensive. However, most of the other hotels that offer coffee and tea offer if for free day and night.

everything that required from moment you enter foyer . Reception staff are excellent and helpful with directions and tram/bus numbers needed for a memorable time in the city . The rooms are big and plenty storage for our pair of suitcases the bed was comfortable bathroom was clean and plenty hot water at anytime there was bottled water provided for consummation . The bar area is well stocked with a variety of beers and spirits . The breakfast is pleasant and has its usual variations on last day we were leaving early and got a breakfast bag for us on our travels

1) Location: near the train station but good sound isolation. Good for walks: near the Old Town. 2) Breakfast: pancakes, sausages, coffee, cake. 3) Bathroom: shampoo and shower gel are good. 4) Room: kettle, cups, refrigerator, seif, armchair. Room has enough place for 2 persons. 5) Sauna is free. 6) Very good carpet in the corridor (too soft!) 7) We had some requests and hotel made it - thanks a lot!

1) Bed is not good (looks like some hole in the middle of mattress) 2) Would be good to inform about the booking sauna (it works only when there are guests, so they should know when to turn on it).

Staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing with all the different variety of options. Hotel and room was clean and tidy. No noise from the street. Location was also really good - only few minutes walking to the heart of the old town. It was also nice that there was free bottled water waiting for us when we arrived. Fridge and safety box were also really useful.

First problem was to find the main enterance. We came from Glowny station, and we just didn't see the enterance - only after walking around the whole building we finally managed to see the white logo on white wall and double doors - really welll hidden :D Beds were too soft. Normal shower would be better than the slippery bathtub - we both almost slipped and fell :/ Air condition was a bit powerless, but luckily room didn't get too hot. On second last morning we also asked in the reception if we could get room cleaned, but when we got back late at night, it wasn't cleaned and towels hadn't be changed. Not too big of a deal as we were going to leave in the morning, but would have liked to have clean towels.

The location is excellent. The train station is directly opposite, easily accessible by subway, where a choice of trains, busses or taxis are readily available. The Old Town is a very moderate walk away, and all the popular pubs, restaurants and Christmas Market within a 15-20 minutes dander. The breakfast was superb with something for everyone and an early start (06:30) for those needing a quick getaway. Reception staff were very helpful and gave us a room even though we were several hours in advance of check-in time.

Exactly as advertised. Good location, clean, helpful staff, great food, comfy beds.

Our two beds were great, but the extra one, a chair opened to a bed, was usable but not very comfortable as it was a bit hard. Yet, the hardness was only in the top third, and I could sleep. One of my kids had it to begin but they couldn't sleep. A good, thin but strong mattress pad or cushion would remedy this. Shared only as an fyi. I would book again in any of your hotels if they were similar.

No lunch available, even the kiosk did not have anything to eat (but in hours to wait). (Raining outside heavily!) Some of the personnel were serious and even unkind. We had the feeling, that everything in the hotel was more concentrated in congress clients than in hotel clients. Outside the very old town we did not get hardly any information from the hotel, not even brochures were available (We asked about traveling with a tram, nobody told about old people traveling free).
