The receptionist who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. She showed us where to park, where our room was and where breakfast would be in the mornings. The room was nice with a private patio. The parking garage was close by and we were able to charge the EV that we rented. Breakfast was excellent wth tasty croissants and baguettes.

The location is 15 minutes walk to the edge of the town centre and another 10 minutes to the cathedral. To shorten the walking time we took a tram from the opera house to a stop that was just a 5 minute walk away. If you like to be in a quiet part of the city this is a great location.

I have given the hotel a 10 because it exceeded our expectations, particularly for the price. Staff were very pleasant. Our room was very nice, beds are comfy and the bathroom is great with a hot and powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We liked sitting in the area by the pool (although the pool was closed when we were there). Breakfast was very tasty. We paid extra for private and secure parking and that worked very well. It's easy enough to walk into town but buses and Ubers are also available. We also recommend the nearby La P'tite Cocotte restaurant which seems to be frequented by locals, their cocottes are delicious and not petite.

Hard for us to find fault.

This hotel is very reasonably priced and well situated in Reims: we were able to walk into town in about 10 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and the room was spotless and extremely comfortable with bottles of water and tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent air conditioning. We could park in an indoor car park. Our highest praise is for the breakfast: the gentleman in charge took pride in ensuring that we had everything that we wanted: breads, conserves, eggs, meats and cheeses, tea and coffee. Fabulous.

breakfast was great, small buffet but with everything one likes to se in a hotel breakfast. I specially like the fact that they made sure to check weather we would like croissant or pain au chocolat for breakfast. The rooms were a little on the small side and outdated but clean and kozy. The service was above and beyond what can be expected from a small hotel. The parking was easy and secure. And the hotel itself is three small buildings on a quiet street. We walked into the center of Reims, but it takes about 15 minutes to do so, and the city is big so we ended up taking a bus back to the hotel without any problems.

A bit too long from decent restaurants. The bed was one of those double beds with only one mattress for two people.

The hotel was easy to find, in a quiet residential area. The location was good, about 25min walk to centre but only 300m from frequent bus service. There is a secure garage for the car, 8€ per night. Our room was on the first floor, quiet, very clean, a decent size and well appointed. Bed was comfortable, shower room spotless, and there’s a small kitchen area with sink, kettle, microwave and fridge with alcohol free mini bar. The staff spoke good English, were extremely helpful, polite and efficient. There’s a buffet style breakfast which was more than adequate with a very reasonable selection. Happy to recommend.

Nothing to be honest

We parked right outside on the street at no cost. Very friendly greeting at reception and rooms were up one floor overlooking the pool. A/C in the room was a bonus. Breakfast choice was good - eggs, bacon, toast, with fresh croissants and great coffee. It was a pleasant 15 minute walk into the main centre.

Nothing needed to make the stay any better.

Lovely pleasant staff very helpful and accomodating. Although we booked the last room which had twin beds we were given a very large room on the ground floor in the annex across the road. We didn't have breakfast as we checked out early and so we weren't ready for, it but it was really good value and well worth booking ! Perfect safe car parking in the courtyard right outside our room. Hotel located in a quiet residential area and only 10 minutes walk to the centre.

Room was a bit dated and we didnt like the walk in shower. But the room was wider as it was disabled friendly.

Lovey big room with a large comfy bed, great shower, kettle, microwave and fridge, and shutters on all the windows. The hotel did a lovely breakfast with pastries, bacon and eggs and fruit etc. Friendly helpful staff. It was approx 10-15min walk into Reims centre and the restaurants so a good location. Good secure parking on-site. Heated pool is available to use, and although small is a nice extra.

Would have benefited from a bar area to complete the experience.

The hotel is in a great quiet location and our room (51) was just recently refurbished so was like new. It had all the facilities and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was well appointed and had a very large shower. The bed was super comfy with quality bedding. All the staff were super friendly and also helped us find a place to eat in the evening.

Nothing all great and we will definitely stay again when in the area

An excellent choice if you wanna explore the Champagne region. The hotel is comfortable, tidy and offers an easy late check in service. They also have an indoor garage, for an additional charge, which we appreciate.

Nothing to complain about, it’s a little bit far if you intend to walk to the city center. But they have a bus stop 4 min walk from the hotel, which was a good alternative.
