This was my second stay at this place and I would come back again and again, wonderful and cozy area with lots of places where you can retire. Very caring and polite workers and hostess. And the view from the window will be in my best dreams. A very beautiful street, along which you can go to the very center; there is a grocery store right opposite the stairs from the hotel. My daughter and I stayed for a week this time, but that was not enough to enjoy this place and the city. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality.

It is necessary to take into account that the hotel is located on a hill and you need to climb the stairs to your room, but for my family this was not a problem.

beautiful view! nice workout areas with a pretty good gym. the kitchen is always kept clean. fruit, sweet bread, and coffee for breakfast. the ladies are very nice and are always cleaning. the wifi was good too! you need to walk up a flight of stairs to arrive at the house. it was pretty quiet at night and in the morning for the most part. it’s about a 15 min walk right down to the center so it’s really nice!

the beds are very small for 2 people and hard bed.

Very nice and friendly hosts. Great view from any of the 4 large balconies all with good shared kitchen facilities. Loved the Oaxaca!!!! Thank you for being such lovely hosts !!!

This place has a great location. A bit away from the center but not too far. It's overlooking the valley. The terrace on the top is great when you want to chill. You can use all the stuff in the kitchen to cook on the terrace space. There is always mineral water available. This is a great place if you like to mingle a bit with other people.

The organisation with the owner and the lady working for them is messy. We were put in a very small room and were informed on the last minutes the last night that we should move. The comfort in the first room we had was limited. It was a small bed and there wasn't lights next to the bed to read. The bathroom wasn't working all the time. Intimacy may be limited given the room you have. Don't plan a romantic getaway here. It's better if you want to mingle a bit with other people. All the room are different so you may have better luck than us. Some other room are far better. So booking here is bit of a gamble. But at the end the value for money is relatively good I would say.

Great accommodation with a lovely view over Oaxaca. We loved our stay here. Our room had a nice terrace with view. The family was happy to answer all our questions and was very welcoming. Great location just out of the city centre of Oaxaca. (About 15 min walking to the centrum).

Great Terrace. Communal cooking and kitchen. Fabulous location with great staff, vibe and guests. Has a hotel-meets- backpacker feeling.

Was a little difficult to find at first and not easy to spot as it looks like like a house. Rooms are spread out on several levels with LOTS of stairs. Arrived in the dark with a heavy bag, so was caught a little off gaurd.

Great view from the communal terraces. Welcoming environment. Both staff and other guest where very nice and open. Amazing bar restaurant nearby. But you are out of the centre, which may suit some or be a small hike for others. Personally we enjoyed the views at the end of the day instead of the hub.

Breakfast could be better. But stops you having to run to town straight away to find food.

This is a great place to stay, close enough to the centre, but quieter. The terrace has an incredible view as do some of the rooms. The staff were amazing and really looked after us.

Make sure to ask for one of the rooms with a view over the city.

Friendly staff. They brought us to the airport in the early morning for a reasonable price. The location is awesome with the balcony. There is the option to cook your own meals and they provide drink water for free.

Not much to mention. Our room was downstairs and had a bad connection to the wifi. The wifi was better upstairs near the balcony..

I enjoyed the friendly and caring hosts, the very comfortable and spacious room, plenty of common areas, a wonderful terrace and a fantastic view of the city.

However, I found the breakfast to be not very fulfilling in my opinion.
