The check-in process was so easy. There was a dedicated car park according to the unit number and free of charge. The apartment unit was spacious. The facilities were superb. We used the internal laundry, dishwasher, and kitchen. The location is close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. Mascot train station is within walking distance, making it easy to access public transport to Sydney CBD including the Opera House.

We found there are some unused blank spaces in the unit.

Just a heads-up: the apartment is near the airport, so you might hear some airplane noise during the day.

The place was nice. Very spacious. It has everything you'll need plus you are located very close to the airport plus there are a lot of shops to go to in the area.

Had trouble getting the keys since the information was lacking. Did not have the code for the locker to get the keys. I had to call customer service(there is no physical concierge) to help me out to just get the keys from the locker. Good thing the person I talked too was helpful But if you have had a long day traveling you might need a bit more patience if you encounter this.

My experience with Kula was great from the start to end. I like the location which is close to everywhere, and basic amenities - shops, restaruants, coffee, train station and woolies are next to your door. Car park is spacious. The apartment is large enough for our family. TV, Kitchen, washing machine and shower exceeded my expectations.

I did not like the smell that circulating in the room at the beginning of our stays. Later on it gradually disappear. Dry machine is a bit small and it takes too long and noisy. Carpet, door lock, and couches are starting to wear off. Vaccum is not working properly. Recommend to change a new one.

I read from some reviewers that they didn't like the place because it was bare. We actually loved it because we didnt have to worry about breaking anything since we have a toddler with us. It had everything we needed. It has a large space where we could place our luggages. The beds were large and very comfortable, and so were the sheets. The place is close to the train station and shops, and lots of restaurants at the back as well.

Great place, got upgraded from 1 BR to 3BR and even it's too big for 2 of us but it was really spacious, with a huge outdoor space, big kitchen. Have everything you need. But it would be nice touch if there is an Iron and iron pad, since we did not use it either. Location is very good, near to Train station, airport only 10min with bus. In the middle of everything you need for food, supermarket etc

Everything was great. In terms of making it even better, they can add bigger couch or may be sofa bed. Sometimes I fall asleep while watching TV :)

Location , cleanliness.

We couldn’t get the dishwasher fixed during our stay. It’s easy to check out and check in but if your internet does not work properly prior to arrival, it becomes terrible so we had this issue and it took time to get contacted via phone because it’s hard to contact on phone.

Location was great. Apartment was really nice, I really enjoyed the most of the apartment and how the cooking utensils were included and it had a large fridge. Couches and bed were comfy too. Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time 😊

The front room was empty and did not have any furniture or decorations. Just thought that was a bit weird. But once you entered the rest of the apartment it was easy to ignore.

Cleanness and proximity to CDB via train

The fire alarm was beeping at certain intervals. We informed the guest service via whats group right after we checked in the appartement, to which they informed that they will send someone to fix it. However, it was not fixed and kept beeping during the second night, too.
