Good area, it was not very far from the airport. There were plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The hotel was really good. The staff were very cooperative and friendly. I checked in early and checkout out late but they didn't have a problem with that. Coffee or tea can be requested from your room and the prices were reasonable. Parking was available in the hotel, but would not be enough during a busy period. However, roadside parking was available. Breakfast didn't have too many choices but it was ok.

Nothing much to complain about, except maybe the breakfast choices could be improved. I only stayed one night so am not sure if it was any different the other days.

We really enjoyed staying at EVA hotel and nevertheless that we were the only international tourists, staff was super friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend this hotel as well as book it again! Spacious rooms, comfy bed, nice view during breakfast :)

We were not sure about room service and perhaps we should have asked :) but overall it was great

We booked for Deluxe Double Room but when we arrived the room we booked was not available. EVA have upgraded is to Junior Suite FOC. That was brilliant. Their staff were friendly and very accommodating. Their amenities shops and restaurants near by which were handy. The room we excellent just like in the pictures. Clean and well presented. Their manager is approachable very concern about our comfort during the say. The next time we in Jeddah I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Good value for money and well located for a short commute to the airport

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast ,no sign as the lift opens,work being carried out without prior warning,very poor selection,I waited 10 minutes without seeing a member of staff by which time I left.

Nice location with near grocery,pharmacy and near to big malls. Staffs are always ready to help and even translating for us in Arabic since we are not Arabic speaker for our orders. And their Manager is approchable too and help our concern. Over all it was a great stay in these hotel.

The smell of cigarets is staying in the room even though clean. So if your sensitive with the smell just inform them in advance.

Great staff, especially the egyptian reception guy, he is doing a great job. Near the Airport, so it was perfect for us. Breakfast is very good, with a great view over Jeddah.

WiFi could be improved in the rooms. Last time we had a good connection. This time the connection in the room was not availible. But this is just a small thing :D

I’ve arrived at the property at around 11am and they let me checked in earlier. They also let me checked out later which is so so nice of them. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. This is my 4th time staying on the hotel.

Not that I dislike but maybe for improvement: Just the choices of breakfast I think they should put on more choices for the breakfast.

Value of money, large-size suites for families with buffet breakfast. The location is great. The hotel is on a street where you can get anything you need.

No Wi-Fi signals in my room, so have to rely on a mobile network The buffet breakfast was very basic, but that is undebatable due to budget....

The appliances and interior design of the room. The Breakfast Area/Restaurant is also good and with a clear glass view of the neighborhood.

There are some furnishings in the wall that needs to be attended as sooner, the hotel walls/paintings will be not good. Also, the iron and ironing board must be changed.
