The Casas de Levada accommodation in Madeira is a real gem. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the view of the ocean, which is simply breathtaking. And the accommodation exceeded all expectations: it was clean, spacious and extremely homely. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts, who paid attention to every little detail and ensured that we felt the best possible. The environment is extremely relaxing, a perfect place for complete recharge and relaxation. I can only recommend the Casas de Levada accommodation to anyone visiting Madeira. We will definitely be back!

The house was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. The addition of the cozy little bar near the pool was a lovely extra feature, perfect for unwinding. The animals on the property were an absolute joy and added a special charm to the stay. The team was friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly.

The pillows didn’t quite work for either of us. Additionally, the neighbours were very noisy until 2:30 am, which disrupted our rest. The sound insulation of the house is not sufficient, and while this may have been exacerbated by the specific neighbours we had, it’s something worth considering on future renovations.

5/5 Stars Our stay at Casa de Levada was truly beyond our expectations! The house itself was absolutely adorable, but the outdoor space was what really made it special. The beautiful gardens, infinity pool, Hobbit bar, and farm animals all came together to create a magical atmosphere that we never wanted to leave. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the property was immaculately maintained. We were constantly discovering new and delightful touches, from the vibrant flowers to the friendly farm animals. The freshly baked bread in the morning was a treat, and the breakfast was simply amazing. We loved every bite! We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Casa de Levada to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

The whole property is really very special, and the two floor apartment we had was the kind of place you don’t want to leave. The garden is beautifully maintained and the animals are very cute. The Hobbit Bar is really unique, and the pool looks great (but not in the weather we had…)

Communication to guests has room for improvement. Pre-visit info was good, but somewhat contradictory. Check in however was a nightmare. Honestly I don’t consider 18:15 as “late”, and of the two phone numbers on the door, one did not work, and the link given to the whatsapp “virtual concierge”, whatever that is, took us to a recorded message from what appeared to be an American software development service. Then when we tried to call reception (before 18) to get a taxi, well, we gave up and switched to google… Still, higher recommended

It was a fantastic stay - JUST SO MAGICAL! We were lucky to experience the most beautiful sunsets at the time, so we truly felt like we were in some fairytale. You can definitely see that owners are extremely passionate about what they do and despite the fires around the area, the buildings and their little garden was beautifully kept. Amazing breakfast idea too! Loved every second.

Very difficult to come up with something that we didn't like - the only minor detail is that there are lots of (very lovely!) cats walking around the buildings. If you are allergic to cats (and one of us was), something to bear in mind!

Absolutely surreal! Walking into this place honestly felt like entering another world, every step there was something new to look at in total awe. The garden walkways, the animals, the pool, the ocean view, the hobbit bar!! The attention to detail feels like that of a $1000 per night stay and is exactly the kind of tranquility I was hoping to find on Madeira. Thankyou so much for having us if we ever make it back to Madeira we will be back!

Really beautiful place to calm down after doing a lot of hikes! The swimming pool, house and the bar are soo nice! The sunset is a 10/10. The breakfast is basic but has everything you need.

The communication throught Wathsapp is complex and not personal. Due circumstances we did not get a welcome and introduction. After a full day we got to know the owners and how everything works. The massage was nice but there was a misunderstanding. They thought we asked a massage for two instead of one person. The sink of the shower did not drain wel. It was not this was not hygenic.

We loved every minute of our stay here, I don't know where to begin. The view from Casa do Pastor is beautiful, and the interior is divine; every design detail made the place feel special. We loved greeting the animals in the morning, walking through the garden, and relaxing by the Hobbit Bar and the pool. They went above and beyond by arranging for a special cake for my partner's birthday. I hope that all of my loved ones get to visit this place some day - it is heaven.

- a lot of work put into the revitalization of the area - easy check-in and check-out, - fresh bread every day, all the necessary products in the kitchen, - our house was very spacious, equipped with everything needed, - a place with sun loungers, a bar, a swimming pool with refreshing water. You can go on like this forever. It's a pity that we only had to stay there for two nights

Everything was Perfect!

It is perfect to relax. You can eat the fruits from the garden (banana, Orange for example) for free. The hosts are very nice and hobbit Bar is lovely....there is no barkeeper...you take what you want and write it on a list (for paying when you check out). In the near are some Restaurants that offer vegan menus, which was important for us.

Everything was fine for us but if you need fast wifi than this could be a problem. Another point is that the Pool is not heatet so its very cold in january and probably till march...so overall these are points to know. if you dont care about These points than this is a perfect place
