This hotel is perfectly located, easily and quickly reachable from the motorway, yet a mere 15 minute walk away from the beautiful Old City of Troyes. We just stayed for one night, en route between the Atlantic and Germany, but were delighted to discover the wonderful Old City of Troyes which would be well worth a longer visit. The hotel rooms are basic and without any specific aesthetic quality, but comfortable and clean. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and the breakfast was truly outstanding for a hotel of this category. Recommended. We would stay again.

Nothing, everything was to our satisfaction.

English was spoken at reception. We used the enclosed hotel parking, which was serviced by two elevators. Our room was quiet. The pillows were very comfortable. There was a toilet in a separate room, which was fortunate given that the door to the bathroom couldn't be closed. The toilet paper and tissues were of better quality than in many places. Having a Total petrol station next door was very convenient. There is a good supermarket about a 6 minute walk away.

There was a large crack across our wash basin. The sliding door to the bathroom didn't move at all.

Good quiet accessible hotel. We stayed one night on way south. Good secure parking for cars underground and our car with roof box in secure over height parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our request for two rooms together and with a walk in shower. Our rooms had interconnected doors which was a bonus. Bathroom had hand soap and shower gel. Kettle and coffee in room. I have mobility issues and am an occasional wheelchair user and found my chair could fit into the standard room. Lift to the floor and step free entrance. We took a walk (wheel) into Troyes and found lots of interesting sights along the way. A great location. Petrol station next door a bonus to top up.

Carpet in room could do with an upgrade but that’s really trying to find a fault. Breakfast cost was also too high. So we didn’t stay for breakfast.

Nice central location, Hotel is well placed for visitors to Troyes. The building is modern and the fitting out is to a high standard. The garage parking is very convenient for the visitors. But you need to check in and agree with the receptionist to get the key. You can get to reception from the garage by lift. However when you leave you still need the key for the lift as you leave. Breakfast is excellent with all you can wish for. There is a bar and vending machines for food drinks and useful stuff, and all well priced too.

The rooms are comfortable with excellent showers and other sanitary items. And while the rooms are comfortable, we only get one chair to sit in. For older people lying around on beds for too long is not comfortable in the evening. Maybe there is a drop off for the card keys in the garage, but we could not see it. The roof to the garage is quite low, maybe a warning bar could be useful at the top of the ramp down?

Every time we travel through France, we always try to find a Kyriad hotel. Unfortunately they are not every where. These hotel are of an excellent value for the confort, the quality and the cleanliness of their rooms and facilities and for the efficiency and kindness of their staff.

Nothing. Just maybe we wish there would be more Kyriad hotels all over France. These hotels provide everything travellers are looking for from just one night to longer stay at an exellent value for money.

Good kyriad hotel, large lounge at basement, warm welcome at reception, large room with all necessary equipment (electric kettle, coffee / tea, safe), well renovated, large and good quality bathroom. Underground car park in the hotel (extra charge 10€-, but possibility to park on a free parking lot just in front of the hotel. Located 7/8 minutes walk from the city center, on a large avenue. It felt safe even walking back on foot late at night.

Dog friendly (€10 surcharge) Very comfy bed, we slept like logs. Great blackout curtains. Lovely level walk-in shower. Worth the €10 for private parking as we left luggage in the car. Very friendly staff, quick to speak with us in Italian, English and French as we wished, gave us good local recommendations. Delicious bread and croissants at breakfast with a good selection. Troyes in a surprisingly beautiful city, like something out of Disney, like la Alberca (Salamanca) or the village in the Beauty and the Beast! We'll be back to this hotel.

This is a very comfortable and functional hotel to stay at for one night whilst travelling. The staff was super efficient and very helpful and friendly. The room was nice, clean and modern. Downstairs, there is even a bar in the lobby and they offer a 24 hour food menu. Sadly the secure private parking was already fully booked and therefore we had to find parking on the street, which was not difficult in the afternoon, but I certainly did not want to give up my parking spot and use the car again to go for dinner in Troyes centre. So we walked (15 -20 minute walk) which was no problem on the way there but it felt a little uneasy in the dark on the way back. The main road was surprisingly quiet and deserted. We were told, Taxis are not really easy to come by in Troyes. Hence the slightly lower score on the location. Next time I would prefer a hotel a little closer to the centre.

Please make it absolutely clear in the description that the parking has to be pre-booked. I certainly was not aware that this was the case and assumed that parking was no problem at all.

The room was tidy and clean, the shower and washing facilities were very good. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed the choice of food; all was fresh and tasty. The car space was tricky, and the phone in the room (104) did not appear to work. I did not like the size of the duvet and when you pulled it out from under the mattress, all of the bottom sheet, also came away from the mattress.

First time in Troyes and took a gamble on this place. A pleasant stay with very helpful staff.(Jean -Philippe If I remember correctly, was the front office staff on duty) The hotel is located 10/15 minutes walk to the centre of Troyes on a direct well lit street to the centre. The room was bigger than most hotels in the area based on what we have seen with other friends. It was spotlessly clean, and even though it was located on a main road, it was incredibly quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The toilet was completely separate from the bathroom and had no tap, which meant having to walk over to the bathroom to wash..found that odd.
