Excellent [hotel]breakfast - although the hot food could have been a little hotter. The breakfast staff were excellent. VERY quiet. Although the hotel should not let trucks run their refrigeration units all night in the gravel lot across from the front of the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs.

When we arrived the young lady at the desk could not find our reservation even though we provided our confirmation number. This is not a good way to start off a hotel stay. She finally "found it" by using my middle initial as the first letter in my last name(?), but offered no explanation or apology.

On of the best experiences I had in the hotels. Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Check-in was very fast and effortless. Room very clean, temperature in the room very comfortable. We went to the hot tub and pool. Water temperature was very comfortable. It was very nice to relax before busy day ahead. We like mountain view from the window. Breakfast was very delicious, and everyone was so friendly, I didn’t even want to leave. Definitely will stay in the future

The breakfast is a somewhat better than the average offering , cooked food was offered. The layout of the hotel is modern , well furnished and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and polite and helpful. This a convenient place to stay with easy access to the I-5 in either direction . Nearby there is a good assortment of shops .

Amazing views, friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, pool area was perfect and room was comfortable and spacious. I personally like the layout of a suite. Kitchen area was clean and fridge was bigger than I expected.

Bathroom had hairs on the floor. But overall room was clean. Except for the bathroom floor.

Close to restaurants and Byrnes Performing Arts Center. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I lost my diamond in my ring and called later to ask if anyone had found it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

The property was good, but I wish the towels for the pool area could be a bit bigger.

The bed was comfortable, there is a grocery store, gas, bank & restaurants short distance & walking distance to hotel. Very quiet & even though the carpet looked dirty it did not produce dust issues like a lot of hotels do for me when I walk into room...hence bringing air cleaner to all hotels. Here, I didn't need to use it but did as precaution to my asthma. Surprisingly, no breathing issues when entering or staying with how dirty the carpet looked. No musty smells or the smoke filled air outdoors due to fires never penetrated the room! Impressed!

Construction on street that hindered getting to hotel but did not affect noise at hotel. Hotel was very quiet!

I like how clean and nice the facility was.. I also absolutely positively love the breakfast they do an amazing omelet station that you can't miss out on it was a great stay if it was like this at all of the Best Westerns I think I'd be a regular member of Best Western..

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no tea for night time and there was no hot coffee in the lobby at night time they were out of coffee..

The room was bigger than I expected. We got a decent breakfast with an option for a custom omelette cooked per your instructions. Excellent facilities, plenty of space. Lots of cafes within walking distance.

I was surprised to find out that the window had no drapes and only sheer curtains. So in June, it got bright in my room after 5.30 am. I also found the mattress not as comfy as I'm used to, but maybe it's subjective.

Easy to access from the I-5 Highway.

The Smokey point area was not pleasant at all, our first night we were approached by a man at the next door am/pm asking if we were looking for drugs, alcohol or little boys and girls. my son and I also witnessed a woman shooting up drugs outside of the Panda Express. The area is littered, lack of police presence and generally just feels unsafe to be there.

The walk-in shower was wonderful! That was the reason we made reservations a second time at this location. Staff was very friendly.

Beds could have been more comfortable. The location wasn't the most convenient. Parking was limited if you return later in the evening.
