Property was very comfy and modern for the price. Was only 30 second walk to Aman central

The tv was very old, no hdmi port. Also when checking it I was told to pay the RM10 per night tourism fee. But when booking through booking.com it’s already handled, so I had paid it. Again the desk said I still needed to pay, until they properly checked and saw I had paid (very poor as some people may just pay it). They again tried to make me pay when checking out. Booking.com also need to make it clear to the hotel that this fee has been paid

Location, very near mall n restaurants. Affordable, compact n clean place All walking distance. Parking available. Ironing station beautiful n steady. Nice view from rooms to a man made garden, but wish it was open so we can take photographs.

Rooms not sound proof. Cloth hanger or the ultra small "wardrobe", difficult to hang clothes

With walking distance Very Close to shopping mall -Aman Central, food store - restaurant . Very Nice room and clean With basic facilities , Efficient staff - reception ( forget the name - top staff in frame ) With Parking - Good , but no lift to lobby Wifi - no really try it ....

No Fridge . parking with no lift to lobby or room , not convenient to who that with walking issue .

The location is probably the highlight of this hotel. Aman central is in walking distance. The whole vibe of this hotel is very business-ish theme. Basic ammenities provided. Room size is decent.

Visitor need to use the stair from the basement parking to reach the lobby. So beware if you want to bring a lot of luggage (or you can just drop it off at the lobby before heading to the basement parking). Also, it must be my worst luck because there's wild dog? lingering at the parking area (the dog actually chase after us when we tried to get to our car).

Nearby shopping Mall and Restaurant

Last day stay were disturbing by 4th floor noising , according to hotel due to function. 6.45am awaked by the disturbing chairs and tables pulling sound.

Room + location + parking= very good room and toilet is very clean bed & mattress clean & comfy hot shower works well furniture & fittings are modern & simple convenient shop just across the road

Wish there were a minibar for the pricing A hairdryer will be great for the pricing the basement parking is very limited for the pricing parking in front & beside the premise is narrow & limited

Love the surrounding area. Foods, shopping, hospital all available just next door. So convenient & lots of places we can visit ..e.g Alor Setar Tower.

Strategic location, clean room, nice staffs. Overall was great! Quite great price with that kind of location and view

Not enough facility such as hair dryer. Need to go to ironing corner to iron clothes. Would be great if they could turn on the rooftop light

The bed is comfy so as the air-conditioning is cold.

Well the place is lack of soundproof which we can sometimes hear other people conversation

The hotel located very near to malls.Really enjoyed our stay here. The bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom was good, clean but hot water supply not functioning in our room..the service is good and the staffs are friendly. especially their housekeeping staff the lady.. overall was good.. and insha Allah will come again :)
