Beds were really comfy, rooms were nice. I was staying with my teen daughter and felt safe there.

Breakfast was a la carte, they had flood damage on bottom floor so rooms were all higher levels and only one small elevator for everyone.

Staff (Molly) was friendly and helpful at check in, always like staying here - location is quiet and easy access, rooms are good overall and clean. Bed is comortable and bathroom facilities good.

lighting in the room could be a little better in areas (dark areas), would be nice to have a microwave in room, fridge should be placed up on top of cabinet (for better ventilation and easier access to use). I would suggest to reconstruct that area with open built-in shelves/counter top to better utilize for fridge, micro, coffee, ice bucket station etc... I noticed more towels placed outside of rooms in hallway, leaving it somewhat unsanitary and visually unappealing. Maybe you could use some sort of a closed bin that guests could place dirty towels inside, then put outside the room for pickup?

A coworker of ours had stayed at this hotel before, and recommended it after staying in several other hotels. He stated that the standards were much better and so we took his advice. It's quite suitable for anyone looking to stay in the Boca Raton region.

Personally I think the beds are higher than needed, it's not an issue for me but could be for shorter or elderly people. My coworker's toilet flush was not working properly and even though a technician came in immediately, she had to manually fix it everytime the flush did not operate well. Asides from this, we had no complaints. Hence why I gave a 9 out of 10. I would've given it a 9.5 but that rating isn't optional here.

The location was perfect for my needs. I had a conference nearby and wanted to save a little by walking a short distance. I also had to work from the room some, and that setup was ideal; the Wi-Fi worked great, and I loved the little loveseat! Although I didn't try it, the neighboring steakhouse smelled amazing, and there's a Seasons 52 also next door; I know this chain, and it's excellent!

I was disappointed that the pool was closed, I would have liked to have known before so I could consider other options. Even though I was in town for work, when in sunny Florida one likes to take a dip!

This is a cute, boutique hotel that was cheaper that the other options in the area. The price was excellent for the room used. The staff was accommodating for special payment requests. The TV had app access, so I was able to watch my streaming services.

The area near the hotel is busy, situated between two very popular restaurants. Parking is difficult. The ice machine and laundry area is a trek if you stay in certain rooms. There is a lack of a defined "pet walking area" near all entrances/exits.

I think what impress me the most was the staff, especially at the front desk, Mollie and Lee especially. We were in Boca Raton because we evacuated from the temporary area because of hurricane Milton. We were stressed had our cat with us and the staff was wonderful. They met every single need that we had. We will gladly stay there again.

The deluxe king room we had with a small sleeper sofa and a king bed both were very comfortable. However, the room itself was small. We felt crowded.

I highly recommend Sonesta Select Boca Raton for anyone visiting on a business trip or just for pleasure. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay ❤️ The hotel itself boasts an impressive range of facilities, making it a perfect choice for both work and relaxation. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions and business centers. The room was spacious, providing ample space to unwind after a long day. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable throughout my stay and would gladly choose Sonesta Select Boca Raton again in the future 😊

Great location, amenities and staff ! Traveled with service dog and I can’t extend my sympathies and understanding of the hotel staff! They made the accommodation wonderful ! Check in next here when traveling to Boca Raton and you won’t be disappointed. I will book again for sure ! Cleanliness and staff

Did not have breakfast at the hotel but purchased snacks at the little market within the hotel. We used the pool and sauna daily. All staff members were friendly, courteous and helpful.

Because we requested a king bed our walk to the room was extremely long—especially for my husband who was wearing a boot cast up to his knee. The staff was willing to accommodate us with a different room but we declined when we were told there were not rooms with king beds closer to the elevator.

Nice room, clean and comfortable, very well decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really liked the location, just off the main drag and freeway.

Housekeeping is not done on a daily basis unless you request a "refresh," which isn't a full housekeeping. I've noticed that more hotels are doing this, but I'm not sure why we this should be the new normal. Breakfast "appeared" to be complimentary, but is actually not. Everything is a la carte - you pay for each item you want. We passed and got our own breakfast outside the hotel.
