There was a smell of marijuana in the elevator. They later sprayed perfume. The breakfast was not a buffet; each person received a $24 coupon.

The hotel was very neat and clean. The condition of the rooms was great as well as all of the areas of the hotel that I saw. I was greeted by Betty at the front desk upon my arrival. Betty was very cheerful and extra pleasant during the check in process. Betty also assisted me with an issue involving the television in my room by phone and she was again very helpful and indeed a real professional.

Just before 5:00 am I was awaken by the noise of a cart being rolled back and forth in the hallway. This noise continued for about two hours.

The toilet was toooo low.

The staff at this Doubtree were so very friendly and helpful. They made me feel valued. The colors are dated but the place is very clean. I never saw even one bug.

I was going to stay at Best Western but moved to Doubtree because they have a restaurant. I was disappointed that it isn't open for lunch but that may be because there weren't many people around; no conventions this time of year. The breakfast and dinner menu are quite limited but my friend and I had dinner there one night and it was delicious. I've always found Hilton food to be delicious. I had breakfast there the next morning and the staff was outstanding but the breakfast wasn't great so I only ate there the one time. They were working on the TV and so I couldn't get the news channels.

Our room was an ajoining room . Did not like this at all. There should be something in the description of the room when booking that rooms or some rooms are joined. Then i would never have picked this hotel. And the people next door kept banging on the walls and door. Called the front desk to complain about the noises and possibly change rooms and they said no. They were full and that they would talk to them. The noise went on until about midnight.

Nice property and convenient for my travel purposes. Staff I interacted with were accommodating and friendly.

I recognize that the food and beverage side of your business is an important contributor to the bottom line, but at a minimum it would be nice if at least a "free" coffee bar service was offered in the mornings.. Also it's nice to have the "convenience store" that's down by the front desk, but maybe consider pricing your items a little lower than Airport pricing.

Rooms comfortable and restaurant food and drinks were good.

Bathroom toilet was too low (for kids) and the toilet tank kept the water running when you flush. Had to adjust by hand to stop water running all night.

Breakfast we thought was included, and you charged us five dollars per cup of coffee, which is ridiculous. Talk about price gouging.

We liked the staff

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located close to where we needed for an appointment.

The rug looked old, the bathroom had a bad paint job and a floor tile near the bathroom door was missing.
