The hotel was very clean and the restaurant staff was so helpful.

We tried to call the front desk multiple times over our stay and phone just rang.We went to the desk and no one was there on 2different occasions.I did go down right after I called and there was a lady at the desk when I asked her if they sold milk for our baby in their snack area she wasn’t very pleasant.She gave a short answer and simply told me she didn’t know anything about what the restaurant offered because they were leased.The restaurant staff helped me and was very pleasant.Our checkin and checkout experience with staff was very pleasant.

Breakfast is not included

We went out to eat at other locations because the breakfast was what other hotels call a “continental breakfast”. We have always eaten at certain locations when in Pigeon Forge which has become our tradition breakfast locations. The staff were great in the breakfast area when we visited. We thank you and appreciate the coffee.

The beds were too soft. We know that any hotel we stay in there is no guarantee we will like the beds and we understand that, which is often the reason we try to select a two queen bed room. The room was great. Refrigerator to store our water and misc in and large curtains were extra long to cover as much of the night lights as possible. Loved the private balcony. Appreciate the Bible in the room as well. It should not be hidden in a drawer though. Thank you.

Perfect location close to tons of attractions, room was very large and my family of 5 had plenty of space. Staff member at the desk was very friendly and made check in a breeze. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and it was completely silent despite being next to a go-kart track and on the main road. Absolutely no complaints. When room service came while we were away they even made my toddler’s bed in her playpen which was so sweet.

Location was excellent for what we had in mind to do The hotel seemed to be very clean. Mattress was excellent!

Could not retrieve message left on room phone. Asked three hotel staff at desk and each suggestion wrong. Never heard the message! Cheapest toilet paper snd tissue. Did not have hotel stationary or pen! Wanted check out bill at 4:30 in morning. No staff in the 45 minutes we waited in lobby before departure. Room air conditioner was centrally controlled during the night. We wanted it cooler and could not adjust temperature to our desired temperature!!

Don't think there should be an Up-Charge for Breakfast. Towels should be near shower (room) ... Not right over a commode in separate commode room (non-sanitary). Commode needs to be Higher, ... VERY Low and Small (almost like child commode). ?? Hand Rails near commode and in shower would be nice/safer. Also, Extend shower door to enclose the FULL shower (Not halfway). Shower Floor VERY Slippery...Add Non-Slide Strips on shower floor.

The closeness to the convention center, the room was clean and comfortable

The guy working at the front desk seemed perturbed to answer a question. The coffee station in the front lobby was lacking creamer. There was a hand-written sign on copy paper saying that we are out of creamer temporarily. It was therebtaped to the wall the first two days I stayed at the hotel. Walmart or grocery stores were a block away. Disappointing

The hotel was great however we originally booked for two nights and when I received my confirmation only one night was booked. I tried to fix the problem through booking.com and the hotel and was only able to stay one night. Spent a couple hours on the phone and online but unable to resolve the issue. In the future I will only work with the hotel directly and not a third party. Please do not respond. Thank you, Steve Spurrier

I loved the location, we were close to everything we wanted to do. The bridge from the hotel to The Island is a great perk.

They had advertised online that the restaurant connected to them had free kids meals with every adult meal purchase, but when we got there it was actually a free kids meal with every beer you purchased. That really didn’t save us any money a beer was $7 and a kids meal was $6 something.
