This hotel was great! It's in a perfect location, right behind the Island on a hill with amazing views. It's off the crazy Parkway but close to everything. The rooftop lounge area was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets. The decor is super cute and modern. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff are so friendly! I have nothing bad to say and will definitely stay here again!

The outdoor pool is shared by 2 hotels so it can get packed in the evenings. But it's a great pool! There is a baseball facility right behind the hotel that starts playing music and making loudspeaker announcements at 8am. Didn't bother me, but if you're a light sleeper, ask for a room with an even number.

Decor was great and modern. Very visitor and family friendly. Breakfast had many options and a lot of places to sit and eat. Offered plenty of food/snack/drink options for purchase during the stay. Fitness room was small but nice. Just a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Bathroom was clean. Good shower. Very quiet with the exception of the breakfast area when a large school group was there in the morning, which would be expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was very convenient to the local attractions.

Room was a bit on the small side but made great use of the space in a minimalist kind of way. Refrigerator was a bit small and no in room microwave.

It was a very friendly hotel!! Everyone was friendly. Also our fur baby enjoy it!!

The roof top deck was nice! We really enjoyed the sunsets, plenty of seating, fireplace & games for the kids to play. Our room was nice and we like the fact that there was no carpet. Our room had a great view of the island & mountain range.

Prices of snacks/drinks. Limited selection of gluten free (not cross contaminated) food/snack options. We had our 6 year old granddaughter with us who has a severe allergy to gluten/wheat. She was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a lot of options for her and the staff couldn’t guarantee that the breakfast items weren’t cross contaminated, therefore, it wasn’t safe for her to eat. Friendly staff!

Hilton Tru had a vibe that my 18 year old and her friends lined to help celebrate her birthday - Games readily available, a rooftop terrace, and two pools! I REALLY liked the breakfast (one of the best at the hotels we’ve visited), and the shower in our room is the BEST I’ve ever seen.

The pillows did not have enough stuffing to believed as a pillow. I think they were “folded” fitted sheets masquerading as a pillow.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel very clean. The rooms where clean and the best comfortable. The breakfast had little bit of everything from eggs, sausage, make your own waffles or pancakes, cold cereals, fruits, and bangles ect.. The hotel is also very pet friendly, and we did take or pup with us on this trip. They have designated areas for the pet to go along with pup bags to put their poop in and trash can to put them in. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. both where open. The outdoor was a little cold but the indoor was warm. It was quiet at night, and no one was running around up and down the halls at night. The bathrooms were nice. ours had just a shower but it was huge, I want one myself. I would recommend if you wanted a bathtub ask about that. I was definitely pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. The roof top had amazing views of the mountains and how the town was light up at night.

Only thing is that room had no microwave. Other than that, i have no complaints and enjoyed the hotel.

I thought the property was in a convenient location and easy to get to. The overall room was clean and comfortable. There was an abundant amount of shared spaces, including a rooftop. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had is that I was trying to work from the rooftop, but the internet wasn't available there.

My 4 year old nephew is mon-verbal and sometimes shy but your front desk staff had him coming out of his shell! I wish that I could remember their names but both night and day shift clerks were so patient and kind! They treated him with respect and spoke to him every time he went to the front desk to wave and smile. Thank you for all you did to make him feel special!

The pool could be warmer

I loved the breakfasts. A lot to choose from and very clean and good. The location was wonderful. Plenty of parking. The elevators were very quick. Overall very nice hotel

The beds were not a comfortable as the Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. Another issue is the hotel attempted to charge me more than the price I booked for on the app. I caught it and the hotel staff said that sometimes the system automatically charges the going rate but she credited me right away the difference. So watch your charges
