I liked the sea, dinner food, pool and aqua. The staff were friendly and responsible. I had a problem in the room that one of the floor tiles was broken. They put a mat on the tile for the children's safety and also they offered us to move to another room.

The pool, aqua and sea were closed by 6 pm which was disappointing for the kids. The smell of the room towels was not good. The towels of the pool were old. The size of the room was small.

The place is good and has good facilities many pools. The food is set menu but the quality and quantity are OK. The staff are nice. The value for money is good.

The long distance between room and the beach 10 to 15 minutes walk. They need more employers. I had an emergency at 6 in the morning and I couldn't find any one to help me even in the reception. The resort is huge. They need a supermarket and a pharmacy inside.

The sea was wonderful, It's far from the hotel but there is a Golf car available all the time. Restaurant. The food was tasty, and the staff at the restaurant was very helpful. The kids pool was good. some activities in the club for the kids were also good.

The double room was small. it's ok to take a rest.

The club Awesome private beach

Location is very good. Beach is so nice and clean. Breakfast was average but the staff were so friendly, helpful and showed great hospitality. The room was clean and cosy. The bathroom was clean ans spacious. the pool view from the balcony was nice. A very good place to stay in while being in Sahel.

Breakfast varirety was average. Food needed to be heated sometimes.

All the staff including the reception and room service where so helpful and professional also the room was so clean and all the hotel with the green area in a well condition and the food tastes good

In the restaurant there was a huge amount of flies that is so considerable and it must be managed

The room was big and clean with a small balcony that had a garden view. The beach was close by and golf carts were always available to take you there and back. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Private beach was amazing and the service there great as well.

The dinner was just okay.

Everything When we arrived our choose villa was occupied but they gave us another one, Second row not first as reserved Quick response to requirments

Late check in due to overcrowdness, I arrived at 11am and checked in aT 2 pm The villa was air conditioned in 2 rooms only not all rooms are air conditioned They should add tea, coffee to mini bar, welcoming water bottle Breakfast no fruits or juices

Excellent staff , active, helpfull and friendly , I loved the smile on their faces in all situations. Customer service manager is very professional and fast reacting in any problem. special thanks to the general manager who is really customer oriented and cares about the satisfaction of all the guests . Hotel was clean and tidy, the beach is clean . Food was nice. Excellent location on the beach. I really enjoyed the trip and it is recommended for all ages.
