The location. The room was lovely... big and bright. Great air conditioning. The room was cooled when I checked in. The staff at reception were great. Stupidly I left a bag with my passport on the bus that brought me from the airport. They contacted the bus company and I got my bag back within an hour. The following day they contacted the bus company for me again and arranged that the airport bus pick me up very nearby and bring me to the airport for 50,000 dong. A great service. Really appreciated. 10 out of 10. I recommend this hotel highly....just be prepared for the somewhat disappointing but OK breakfast.

The breakfast was ok, but the selection was poor. There were only a small number of people in the hotel so maybe this is why but this is not a good excuse for the poor fruit selection. I understand when it comes to cooked food that they don't want to prepare too much so that it is not wasted. I've had better breakfast in cheaper hotels.

The cleaning crew never cleaned the toilet bowl.Smelled strongly like pee.

The staff was super helpful and friendly! The rooms on the upper floors and nice and comfy and the hotel is super clean. The breakfast buffet (in the weekends) is good enough, especially if you like Asian breakfast. The location was perfect. Super close to the city center, restaurants and minimarkets.

Make sure not to book a room in the basement, and if you book a superior double room be aware you could be out on the ground floor, with less comfort and a lot of noise from the street close by. But all the other room categories (deluxe,...) are on upper floors and very comfy.

Location was good, easy access via grab to markets and other attractions. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good. The staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception staff with our onward booking - they assisted us with local knowledge of how to travel to our next destination - something we were not able to work out - thanks guys. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Ms. Tran Ngan Binh helped us change our flight booking which we were struggling to accomplish on our smartphone by using the hotel computer. The room was spacious, the bathroom and shower stall (rainfall head, handheld head and normal tap) was great. King sized bed was very comfortable. While there was no AC, the stand fan helped a lot during the night. Sufficient eateries nearby, primarily local. One ramen place on nearby street. Nearby pharmacy within 200m opens early morning!

Vietnam is famous for its black coffee. Unfortunately, the kitchen prepares a mediocre coffee, very weak and does injustice to Vietnamese reputation. Despite providing feedback at the front desk after the first morning breakfast, the kitchen did NOT improve the quality of coffee. The Hotel Manager should maintain some quality control. I actually preferred the instant coffee sachets in the room to the breakfast coffee. That’s how mediocre the breakfast coffee was! There are not enough power outlets. So, we have to schedule when to change the various devices etc.

The location is very convenient and the staff in the property are so nice it is great value for money and I will 100% recommend that you book this in the dalat. They are very nice.

The breakfast option is sometimes bad because it is mostly just Vietnamese food and kind of stinks of seafood but there is a egg counter

The hotel was really close to the central market. The hotel rooms are larger than the photos.The hotel was very clean and neat.

The facilities and the hotel was clean, quiet and near the market and many other places. We will come back for sure!

The last day they did not serve buffet in the morning, so they gave us a super basic breakfast, why? Because there were not many customers (and the restaurant was plenty of them waiting and asking for the buffet we paid....).

Rooms have a good interiors with proper ventilation. Location is city downtown. It’s a good hotel . They serve buffet which was average, for vegetarians options are less.

The staff are not fluent in English especially the ones who are present during evenings & night

Everything was nice. The room, the staff, the communication the Hotel has with customers. They reply right away from different platforms, messenger and in app. Got an upgrade, beautiful view. Very nice bathroom, all clean and no foul smell. Place looks really inviting, WiFi worked perfectly, tv too. Really didn't pay much. Something less than $35 dollars for a room that usually is at $105. Plus the buffet breakfast, it was a one time deal, I know they won't do it all the time, but it's great. Plus the room was a lot big. This should be a 4 star hotel, cause I worked at a 3 star hotel and was nothing close to this.
