Great location, decent breakfast, and location is great, although only accessible from one direction. Overall, good experience, although some staff and pool were a let down

Staff was not on same page, one was downright rude when questioned about maid service. Despite the website claiming rooms are serviced daily, we were informed we had to request it after the first day they did not service, and although requested, it was not done again the second day. Not impressed. Pool was also down, although they said hot tub was working, and yet I could not get in to use it and desk clerk would not let me in.

The breakfast was well-prepared and the staff were extremely attentive when tending to the guests' needs!! I really liked the look of the lobby and decor when walking in, it felt welcoming. It was really cool how the indoor pool is open 24 hours. I also liked how the hotel provided soap dispensers in the shower and the shower jets. The staff was very helpful when I needed a hair dryer and they're quick to respond when calling down to the lobby!

The water pressure of the shower head... the main shower head didn't really work and was very low in pressure. The lack of hot chocolate for those who wanted something hot but not coffee/tea. The construction that was happening during our stay...there was water leaking in from the door leading to the stairway when the elevators were malfunctioning/taking too long to arrive

Breakfast is always wonderful! Lots of options! Always coffee and water! The little store is convenient as I forgot my toothpaste. Pool and spa are great and open for adults 24 hours which was nice for my husband and me. Shower is awesome! 6 showerheads! Quiet place and staff is diligent about keeping it safe! All doors are secure! We love to stay here when we are in town! The best value around and easy access to all major freeways! Lots of shopping and restaurants.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this place, that is why we always stay here!

The location, friendly staff, and nice smoke-free rooms. The rooms was worth the cost. It was not noisy even with young children on my floor. I did not hear any extra loudness in hallway or from adjacent room.

The breakfast was good, but it was the same choices each day. Could you offer a variety of alternate meat choices? Oh, yeah make sure you are on time for breakfast. The time should be readjusted from 6 AM-9 AM to a little later because that cook didn't play about that time. I had to ask and wait several times for towels. They had a hard time keeping up laundry I assume. But my family uses different towels for each bath (2x's day at minimum).

My boyfriend and I spent Labor Day Weekend at this hotel.I liked the feel of the lobby. My room was clean and spacious.My room had a nice sitting area, a sink, refrigerator and a microwave. There was a variety of foods available for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sleep in til 8am and still have time to get breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9am.The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

It would be nice to have a sign at the entry way because so much construction is going on in that area that it is easy to miss the turn into the hotel.

Limited breakfast---I guess because of all the storm displaced people staying at the hotel--------none supervised kids fixing own breakfast(6-8 of them wasting food) Kids took over pool(again the displaced families) people spending the night in the lobby

We were made to feel we were invading their (the displaced families)space. Staff was helpful....it was just the circumstances

The staff was very nice and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Staff that was off duty helped me a little old lady with my luggage by helping me unload and put on the cart as well as bringing it to my room and assisting me with unloading. Breakfast was nice, and the lady was very sweet. Area was Very well kept and very clean. We loved the ceiling fan and the kitchen area. We also loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was set up in the shower in bottles and not the little pouches that only hold so much. Which is very little. 😃

The pillows need to be bigger and not so soft flat. Fortunately, I brought my own pillow. Coffee, microwave area in the room could use a little more light.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we checked in! Staff is friendly, the rooms are super nice and clean! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and, although we did not use it, the outdoor splashpad is such a nice addition for kids! Breakfast was good and the gym is nice! Easy access to the freeways and toll roads and tons of places to eat and shop and the mall is right there! We loved it!

Loved the location although difficult to figure out how to get to it initially , (GPS confusing). The staff was so pleasant no matter what time of day or night. The room exceeded my expectations, had 12 foot ceiling in the room we had. Having a 24 hour pool was great even if I was so busy and never actually got to use it like I wanted. Proximity to restaurants and stores was great too.

Being that the floors are tile it makes the sound carry so there were times the voices from the hallway and lobby carried into the room but it wasn't something that would deter me from staying again. The food wasn't as good as some La Quinta's I have had, but they had a great selection of options.

There was Gym, Pool and Nice staff

I asked theme to repair hook for hanging clothes but they said repair man will fix it tomorrow and that tomorrow never came, first I stayed there for a week and then extended my stay for 9 days even then other staff was very nice
