The staff are the best part of this property. They are very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating and if it had not been for the staff at this location, I probably would not have enjoyed my stay at all. They did the best to help with correcting issues with the room, offering food recommendations, and generally just beingavailable to answer any questions or to provide good service. Hands down a 10 out of 10 for customer service!

While the staff is great, there are some things above the hotel that they just can’t address in those things have a big influence on the quality of the stay. Which is unfortunate because again the staff is great. The things that I did not like are things that the staff most likely can’t fix. For instance, the hotel is a bit older so the bathrooms are dated, at times the air and heat did not seem to regulate properly, but they worked, and it is not in the most walkable area, but it isn’t far from other food and shopping. It seems a bit expensive for what you get. For instance there’s no restaurant, but there is a small café. There are laundry facilities, but the washer and dryer are a bit old and take quite a bit of time to clean and dry your clothes. The gym facility is very basic .

The room was great and it looked really clean. Most of the staff were a pleasure to deal with. There were 2 black girls (one on Friday evening and another one on Monday morning) that were very polite and super friendly. There was also a really nice black guy during Sunday night. Nice people like them attending the customers, that really makes a difference.

Some courtesy water would had been nice. I forgot to bring some water the first day and I had to just filled 2 glasses downstairs to bring to the room. Even if I wanted to buy a bottle of water, it was 5.5$, which is crazy. The night before my check out, the cable of my phone charger stopped working. I went to the reception to ask if they could let me a USB cable for a 1h to charge my phone (which I needed to do the check-in for my flight next morning and get an Uber/Lyft to the airport) and the woman there dismissed me pretty badly and told me they didn't have any cables without even looking at my phone.

Special thanks to Cassandra who made sure some things we had delivered to the hotel were in our room when we arrived. We didn't pay the extra $10.95 per person for breakfast but there are plenty of nearby restaurants. We took a quick dip in the pool. Overall, a good stay.

The bathtub was on a strange slant or extra slippery for some reason. Hold on to the handrail tight! I still have a bruise on my leg.

Breakfast was not sufficient for the amount of people staying at this hotel. However, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Breakfast could have been better. Everything else was great.

It’s getting old, but rooms were clean. Lobby is small and nothing special. Staff was very nice.

Surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast, not that they are ever anything great. But come on, offer something. I didn’t even see complimentary coffee.

Bed was very comfortable.

The sofa and the carpet could use a good cleaning.

It was nice to have access to breakfast. Offered basics (bagels, eggs, waffles)

Got to breakfast and coffee was gone. It was still an hour until service stopped so was surprised, not sure why.

It would be nice if Marriott would have complimentary coffee and tea available.

We like the consistency of the cleanliness of the hotel and most of the time the friendliness of staff.

The individual that checked us in was not very friendly.
