Both inside and outside appears to have been renovated from the last time I stayed here. The property looks clean and orderly. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location and easy to find. I like that you can park right in front of your room, just like the old days.

I would give this place an excellent, however, the breakfast needs to be improved. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were dry. To much seasoning on the potatoes as well. There were no hard boiled eggs or oatmeal available.

So, simple, upgraded older property, clean and parking at your door. No slogging stuff up an elevator and 50 yards of walking. Breakfast ok..We left an item much needed and the staff forwarded it using our credit card that paid for the room. Area was safe and quiet with no Newcomers wandering around .

Everything was great but the carpet is within six months of replacement…really picky of me.

This place is a refurbished classic Motel and it is next to perfect. I mean impeccable (for what it is). Santa Rosa is a just a wide spot off I40, so one should not expect much. We travel west several times a year and stop in this area overnight. We were stunned at the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds made up with proper COTTON sheets (not slimey polyester). The beds are best in any place we have stayed from here to Flagstaff. The staff was excellent. We also travel heavy, so parking just outside our door was a blessing. This is now our new overnight station!

The refrigerator freezer was iced up and we could not fit what we needed into it. The breakfast was the generic stuff one always gets, which generally sucks (bad coffee, white bread, burp-inducing sausage), but all hotels are like that. They could do better by contracting the Mexican place down the street for some awesome breakfast burritos (the place down the street is really good). HOWEVER, the breakfast area was well presented and very clean.

Super convenient off if 40 freeway. Felt safe. Could back car right up to hotel room door which is great. I love that they accommodate dogs. I walked around to the back of the property and got in a good walk. And after being in the car all day the dogs enjoyed it too.

Nothing! Exactly what I expected.

We had zero expectations but needed to stop in the middle of nowhere. What we saw of the town looked dismal. However, inexplicably this motel was one of the best places we stayed in. The room was clean, well kept, comfortable, way nicer than you'd expect from a 2 star motel. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. In fact, we went out of our way to stop here again on our way back.

Clean and comfortable

We have stayed here a couple of times but this time, the breakfast was disgusting. Eggs appeared warmed over and the bacon was 95% fat, truly disappointing. This is only reason my review wasn’t a perfect 10.

We always stay here when traveling to Oklahoma. It’s a nice place and they take a pet. The breakfast is good there’s a variety of things to have.

Wish that there wasn’t a extra charge for a pet when you pick a pet friendly room.

Rooms were comfortable, easy access from parking lot, and to the road into town for access to restaurants, etc.

Fridge not working properly, and no freezer in it, so we had to put ice packs for medical cooler

Very nice, even had freshly scrambled eggs. Friendly staff We left a hanging bag and called back for someone to find it. Lorena was super helpful in finding it, as it had been moved. Our friend stopped by the next day to pick it up.

Facility is a little dated, but very clean.

Right off the highway and very accommodating to our large moving truck. Check in manager had a large spot for big trucks and placed our room right next to it.

Slightly dated but very clean and nicely managed and kept.
