Hotel reception large, open, clean. Friendly staff. Complimentary tea and coffee nearby. Laundry room, good. We were on top floor, quiet. Room large, clean, walk-in shower, as I requested. Big bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker, complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast included in price and was very good indeed. Hotel a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall.

Everything was great. No complaints about anything all. On a very busy road but hotel set back so we did not hear traffic. No restaurant but lots of places to eat nearby, fast food or other. We wanted to walk so went to hotel next door as they had a restaurant. Very good indeed. The Holiday Inn had a good place to eat for breakfast though. All positives.

Amazing breakfast offerings. We were upgraded to a king room upon check-in. Custodial staff DID a quick clean during the day while we were out..... garbages, wet towels removed, which I find is something that is generally NOT done anymore. Hallways were wide and clean. Comfy bed and working clockradio. Heater and fan worked as they were supposed to. Hot tub and pool clean even after 20 kids.

Entrance into room was a little cramped. Smaller pool with many kids kept us out one night but was OK in the afternoon.

Excellent facility and would definitely return. Breakfast exceeds what might usually be included, and I appreciated the inclusion of Chex cereal in a separate box as a gluten free option for people with celiac. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet, with lots of thoughtful touches (built in USB chargers - even the desk lamp has electrical outlets for folks from other countries, soap and lotion dispensers in the bathroom); the breakfast area was clean, the staff were consistently friendly. Everything was easy and smooth.

On the weekdays, parking was not an issue for us; on Saturday night we struggled to find a spot to accommodate our pick-up truck. I wonder whether the hotel should issue a pass system such that those with larger vehicles are designated spots outside while those with smaller vehicles are designated spots underground.

Location was great close to the west Ed mall like we wanted .

Only issue we had with this property was parking for a big truck was hard . The parking lot was so tight and people with small cars weren’t parking in the under ground parking making it even harder for me to find a spot outside . Other issue we had was our room was never cleaned in the 3 days we stayed even when we asked all they did was put a pile of fresh sheets and towels on our bed and that was it we had to make our own beds .

The location was convenient because it is close to West Edmonton Mall, fast food restaurants, and other commercial centers. The facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Ms. Sheindy, one of your employees, has been really accommodating and helpful during our visit.

Some individuals smoke at the door, thus it would have been preferable to have a designated smoking area. It would also be preferable to schedule time (especially families with children) for using other hotel amenities such as swimming and exercise.

Breakfast each day was great. Was very happy on 2nd day to finally get scrambled eggs instead of omelets. Location is fantastic. Close to all amenities,restaurants, bank,mall and the Beer Store!lol

The desk clerk thatchecked us in did not know her job very well. She questioned the fact we had the same last name.Don't most married couples?? Asked for booking number and then proceeded to read entire message. Number was right at top of page!!

The room was nice the a/c worked well. The breakfast was good.

The batteries in our door card reader died when we returned one evening. We thought it was the card went and got a new one still didn’t work. Front staff came up said the reader was dead they would send maintenance, ok no problem. Oh sorry he’s on his break you have to wait 30 minutes for him. So we had to wait for him to come back. I understand people deserve their break but my 2 children my husband and I paid very good money to stand in the hallway waiting. Then they sent us to the lobby so we’re sitting in the lobby he goes to our room but won’t go in because we had the do not disturb sign up meanwhile we’re sitting in the lobby being disturbed.

I want to commend Ms Novie and Ms Cerina for their excellent customer service - they worked hard to ensure we could stay in a disability accessible hotel room. I booked our stay using Booking.com, requesting a disability accessible room through the App. When we arrived, we didn’t have an accessible room. We talked to Ms Cerina and Ms Novie about how we would have to find a new hotel, since my Mom has a disability and can’t walk. Ms Cerina and Ms Novie worked very hard to figure out a solution - and found us an accessible room. We were able to stay! My Mom and ao are grateful to them for their care and attention and creativity to figure out a solution. Thank you Ladies!

I did not like that even though I searched for a room t through Booking.com that was accessible, and chose a hotel reservation based on that, when we arrived the room was not accessible. That was a big concern. (Thank you again to Ms Cerina and Ms Novie for solving the problem!)

The room was great. For a family of 5, there was enough space (2 queen beds and a pull-out couch). We loved the continental breakfast. The hotel was very clean and neat. The location was fantastic. We had a great experience.

We booked the room through Booking.com and when we arrived the front desk staff member told us we were booked at a different hotel. We showed her our confirmation email and she said that isn't us, that hotel is down the street. We then searched for that hotel for an hour and when we got there they said we didn't have a reservation there. Luckily, we got in contact with booking.com, who told us our reservation was at the first hotel, but the hotel had inverted our name. Booking.com was great and they figured out the problem quickly. The rest of the staff and the manager were good to deal with.

I loved how family friendly this hotel is. In a city like edmonton with the west Ed mall being so close with their attractions it was nice to 'pregame' our fun here first

Parking for trucks. Granted we did stay on a weekend. Parking at night was sparse and I really wish more small vehicle utilized the underground parking. Summer wouldn't be so bad but walking with 3 kids and our luggage in the cold wasn't fun doable but not fun
