Why? The public large bath in the hotel is not available.

Price was so reasonable and big public bath was great. Sauna was not good temperature. Included breakfast and dinner it’s unbelievable price . Stayed a month so low price helped me!!!!

In front desk some employees were not helpful and not knowledgeable! I needed help to send my luggages to Airport. Any questions that I had for them , they didn’t have any answers so they told me to call the unyukaisha (transportation company) I didn’t have any support.

What's not to like with this place, its 2 mins walk from the station, the wifi is good, I went half board so go dinner and breakfast both of which were more than acceptable and its cheap. The rooms clean, has a window, and this places has baths as well according to the sign but I never went because I was too tired so cant comment about them personally.

The only criticism I have is that it doesn't have an English sign outside and if it was not for Google maps Im not sure I would have found it. But I did so no problem.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were nice and I enjoyed the sauna and onsen. Clean comfortable room and bed

The room that was supposed to be mine stank of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I complained and was kindly upgraded to another room which was greatly appreciated. Check in is not until 4pm and unfortunately I wasn't allowed to check in earlier but I was able to store my bag there.

- close proximity to the train station. - good value, with free breakfast and dinner. - the salad bar and drinks counter had good varieties. - staff was helpful. - room was good-sized. - in-house onsen, but unfortunately I had no opportunity to use.

- outdated furnishing, but it was fine with us. - fried Croquette curry was offered for dinner on 2 consecutive nights. Wished there was variety.

Location was good, short walk to station and shops

I always find beds in Japanese hotels too hard, as that's the way Japanese like but for most people and especially when you have disabilities, 90% of hotel beds in Japanese hotels are super hard, they need to provide some extra blankets to put under the bottom sheet to provide more comfortable bed for disabled guests, and guests who are not used to sleeping on hard beds.

Great value biz hotel nr Himeji Station and less than a KM from the Castle. Room included a basic dinner and breakfast set. There is a Public Sauna on the top floor. They'll keep your luggage happily whilst you are out site seeing...WIFI good and rooms and ensuite bathrooms comfortable and clean.

The Wifi seemed to be capped in data usage. But it could something else.

The onsen on the top floor was nice. Very good location for the price (right next to the station). Quite spacious compared to other hotels and a nice private bathroom.

The dryers on the bottom floor didn't work very well but there was a laundromat close by.

Unbelievable price in a good location. Including breakfast and dinner!!

A public bath was good just an entrance of the bath was kind of scary with only one door although there was a security code for entry.
