I love the Cleanliness of the Hotel and the staff are very friendly. They make you feel welcomed. My family and I always have a great time when we are here.

I did not like that you all changed the Breakfast; when I first stayed at your location, you served waffles and Bacon. I do not like the pancake maker machine. Other than that, I will continue to stay here when I travel to L.O. Also, can we get a heated pool?

The breakfast was very good, more than what I expected. They had a very good choice of food.

I didn’t like the fact that I had requested a room on the bottom floor close to the check in office and booking.com never relayed that message to the hotel so needless to say they put me in a room that was the farthest it could be from the office and on the third floor. I have a bad back and bad knees and walking is not one of my best things to do it is difficult. The lady at the check-in desk showed me on her computer that there was no request for the room that I had requested and I showed her on my email that I had requested it and she said that booking.com never let them know. If you are not going to let the hotel know of special requests please do not put it on the website.

the Hotel was fine. the booking.com rates saved me some money. however, i planned to leave a day early and notified booking.com about it 2 days before. booking said it would contact the hotel. then silence. 2 days later i asked the hotel if they received the message from booking, they said yes and changed my departure date. i never heard back from booking.com. should i have received a refund? that's the thing using a booking service - you always feel stuck in the middle between the service and the hotel. i will probably book direct with the hotel next time.

This is the best Hotel in Okeechobee in my opinion. The rooms are updated and so classy and the shower was amazing! The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds! The breakfast has many options and was very good. Staff was all friendly and helpful.

The only thing that bothered me( and it was just my OCD) was that the TV isn't square with the bed lol.

There wasn't much to not like. The pool was kind of small, but we didn't have to time to use it anyway.

Breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean. When we first got there the front desk lady was rude and was on a personal call and I waiting until she was done. She seemed to assume something about the person I was with and did not like us. We were polite to her did not say anything but found her very cold and judgmental. Other than that all the other staff was great.

The room was freezing and I was unable to impact temp with controls on unit. Got back too late to want to deal with a repairman.

Everything was clean. Amenities were wonderful.

The swimming pool was a little bit neglected. There were a few dead mosquitos floating on the water. But nothing that may stop for taking a good bath.

Very clean and friendly. Comfy bed & large nice pillows. Nice bathroom and spacious room.

Tile floor was sticky, that was weird and uncomfortable. And breakfast, guys, if you are going to include breakfast come on, make it good! I’d rather pay less for the room & get to choose a place to eat. This might be hurting hotels now because I’m always apprehensive to book “breakfast included” rooms anymore because they haven’t been good. It all tastes frozen & today the only eggs offered were cheese omelets & I don’t eat cheese. The oatmeal was good but there were no potatoes or grits. It’s disappointing so I’d recommend stopping it and lowering the price of the room. Or, make it fantastic & build a reputation that brings guests for the food! I mean people love good food!!
