The location was great as it was central to the airport and most interesting sites. You can walk to the Hollywood walk of fame and dining outlets. The free parking made it easy and the security of the facility and the neighborhood was great. We were always in touch with the staff (Sam) who give updates and advice where necessary. The internet in the building was excellent which was indeed necessary. The Kitchen facilities was a plus as it allowed us to prepare breakfast before we started our day. We felt comfortable and safe in the facility.

My stay was absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The highlight of my experience was the outstanding service provided by Sam. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm demeanor truly set her apart. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. LA Premium Suites is fabulous. Location is great - super convenient for Universal Studios, Dodger Stadium and to explore Hollywood. Stone's throw to Santa Monica Blvd, easy walk up Vine St to Sunset and Hollywood Blvds. The apartment itself is terrific - very comfortable and loads of space for our family of 4. Air con, 2 full bathrooms and the internal laundry are super useful. Also, Sam is incredibly helpful and communicative. We even got an extra few laundry capsules on request.

Nothing. Honestly nothing to complain about whatsoever.

Close to food, Target, and very centralized for access to various destinations. My group loved that we had a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to spend money on clean clothes or take smelly clothes on the plane. I felt really safe staying here and didn’t come across any issues during my stay :) I hope this is available during my next LA visit.

The cleaners came in abruptly during the morning and it seemed strange at first but they said they had the wrong apartment.

The apartment is in a great location, the area felt safe and we found it was close to a lot of restaurants, tourist sites, and West Hollywood which is where we needed to be most of the time. The bedrooms, lounge and dining area were spacious and the washing machine and dryer worked well. The roof top has a nice view and you could see the Hollywood sign.

The kitchen was well equiped but the lighting was not great. The airconditioner worked well but a bit noisy. It would be great if there was ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

I love this place! This is my second visit, and it feels like home. I definitely will come back and recommend this place even if you're here for a couple of days. Is close to everything here in Hollywood and Universal Studios!

Last time, I got an apartment with a washer and dryer, I thought this time would be the same, but it wasn't 🥲 is not that bad, but for me, it is an extra bc I can do my laundry while I'm here.

Amazing apartment in a great location. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Parking was secure and easy with allocated spots. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Fantastic communication before we arrived with the property owner, responding very promptly to all of my enquiries. Huge bonus was the roof terrace where we often sat at sunset after a busy day, you can see the Hollywood sign, downtown and the Hollywood hills. Really useful having a washer and dryer too.

Location was close to major attractions in Hollywood and is also at the intersection of 2 Major St. in LA that can get you pretty much anywhere you want to go in the west Hollywood/Hollywood area , only takes about 10 minutes to walk up to Hollywood Boulevard and several restaurants/cafés. Also I like that the unit came with a tandem assigned parking spot in a gated garage access for any guest visit is made very easy because everything is done with door codes so that was a plus as well that I didn’t have to go down to greet each guest that I had over I could just tell them a code and let them up!

The building on the outside might not look like much but on the inside, it’s actually pretty modern and has a nice little balcony, a spacious living room and two spacious bedrooms, especially the master which is the one with two queen mattresses is very large and has a huge bathroom and a nice walk in Closet, the other room with the king bed is the one with the TV however but there is also a TV in the living room accommodations were comfortable. There were plenty of cooking utensils and everything you need to be able to make your meals at home if you are doing a longer trip.

Most convenient location in LA with proximity to most of the attractions. It’s a cozy two bedroom apartment with every conceivable facility. Bedrooms are large enough with enough space to stay comfortably and still have space for your large bags. Two bathrooms one en-suite and one separate but with all amenities. Kitchen is very functional. And above all the host Sam who is exceptional in giving clear directions and instructions for check in and helps you out for anything you need during the stay. Overall exceptional property.

Honestly nothing. Everything was as per our expectations and we had a great time.
