Extremely clean, with amazing very helpful staff…nothing was not too much trouble. Good buffet breakfast with the opportunity to do a Grab and Go with handy plastic containers and take away coffee cups. Nice clean rooms and if there are 2 of you I would recommend to go for the option of a Kingsize Bed. Lovely bed clothes and comfortable bed. Very good Air Con and very fast Wi Fi. Bus Stop right outside with lots of different stops with the city. Buses come every 1/2 hours. Free parking outside the hotel and on the road. Very impressed with the food and wine we ordered from the bar along with very good service. while watching the Euros on our last night. The waiter was exceptional ….and again nothing was too much trouble. They have a very good team of friendly helpful staff there.

No hot fresh food to order, just hot food already cooked ….which neither of us fancied….BUT all the cold buffet offering was very good with amazing mix of fruit, cheeses and bread. The (apparently on trend) shower cubicle in the middle of the room we found quite strange and not very private…but after one day soon got used to it.

A quality property with comfortable beds, great shower, helpful staff, and really easy access to the city centre via tram (just 3 stops and then a pleasant 5 minute stroll through the main, tree lined avenue to the cathedral and old town). Tram tickets are €1.05 per journey and can be bought by a machine at the tram stop. We picked this hotel as had hired a car and wanted to be able to park easily without driving right into the centre. We found free spaces outside the hotel and along the road in front of the hotel both evenings without hassle. It was easy to drive out of the city for day trips too. Cartagena is a must! Breakfast was good. The hot offerings were sufficient rather than amazing but the cold, continental style stuff was very good and suited all our needs - fresh fruit, fresh juice, eggs, yoghurts, cheese, meats, breads, an effective toaster, coffee, cakes & pastries & spreads, etc. The pool was open from 4.30-8.30 and looked good but we didn’t use it. We left our luggage on the day of check out to pick up later without any hassle.

It didn’t bother us but as this hotel caters to business professionals you could hear the odd bedroom door opening and closing early morning. This didn’t bother us though and as half the guests were professionals it meant breakfast was really quiet for those of us who were leisure guests which was nice.

I booked a basic twin room. It was very clean and the a good size, it was serviced everyday. Bathroom was well ventilated and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and the room was cool. The breakfast was a buffet style although you can order eggs made to your order (fried, scrambled etc). There is a KFC next door to the hotel and a supermarket 100m away. The tram stop is conveniently placed, just outside, and can take you to Murcia City Centre (3 stops), single ticket is 1.05 euro. The swimming pool is opened from 12.30 to 2.30pm and then again from 4.30 to 8.30pm. Clean and towels awaliable from the Lifeguard. The staff were amazing!! Very helpful and lovely people! The reception staff spoke English very well.

Only few plug sockets. Not a big deal unless you want to charge more than one device. No kettle in our room but I could have upgraded to a room with a coffee machine so it was my choice.

Exactly what the hotel should offer. Clean, well kept, not over the top yet elegant, polite and efficient staff, fine bedding, excellent bathroom facilities, old, but well maintained, fridge and minibar.

Could benefit by widening selection of English language tv channels. Only one available, and no news channels at all save for Spanish. ALSO : no fried or scramble eggs for breakfast! They used to do it, but strangely, no longer. Why not?

The experience at AC Hotel Murcia by Marriott was excellent, they location and hospitality is fantastic my room window view was very nice because it gives sunlight reflection directly inside the room. Visitors is always more interested to know how the bed is in this case they're very comfortable. The room was very clean and they bathroom, with room lights is perfect and they customer's service care is unique keep it up guys.

The prices of the rooms looks expensive. Even the smart screen Television inside my room is functioning correctly but is very old and there is also no much space because the shower is almost at the center of the room.

Location if you don’t need to visit the historic centre, as it was easy to drive to and in an area with free parking only moments away. The hotel is only 3 stops on the tram from the central area. Cost of the tram at the time of our visit was €1.05 per trip per person.

Location if you do want to go to the historic centre, as quite a hike, but there is the tram that goes most of the way. It also means that there are limited options to have breakfast outside of the hotel which was surprising as the location is largely residential. In addition the room was too hot. Surprising in this day and age of higher energy prices. Given that it was February on our visit, the cooling mode on the a/c wasn’t functional and putting the fan on made the room hotter.

Very clean hotel. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Paid for breakfast and it was very good. Plenty of choice and fresh. Very handy for the tramline to take you in and out of city.

Conflicting information about the Turkish bath. One receptionist said 15 minutes notice required to heat up. Another receptionist said it was closed and had been since COVID. But it didn't affect our stay.

Clean, quiet and perfectly located for the town centre, music venue and arena, as it is directly in front of a tram stop Breakfast was plentiful, the aircon a must in such extreme heat. The pool area was ok but could do with some TLC. However it was not open very much

The room was clean and spacious enough, and the beds were really nice for resting after a long day of work. Bathroom as clean and offered all the essentials. The staff was superb! Even though we were a bit late with some special requests, they were always kind enough to help us get the best options and were very attentive to support our work meetings.

Same as other hotels in the area, the pool was closed due to summer not yet "started", although it was certainly more than 30 degrees outside. Restaurant options nearby to go without a car were very few.
