Suite with chairs made the room very comfortable to relax in when not out exploring. The room and bathroom were large and modern. Location was perfect only a short walk to all places of interest, shops and restaurants..Staff were exceptionally helpful. Private hotel parking round the corner was handy and at 13 euros a day cheaper. 10 euro breakfast if booked the night before was value for money.

Although we didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms or corridor the waste bin lorry was noisy the first night. It is possible to hear people outside but this only happened for about ten minutes the first night.

We like the location, very close from the center and different stores and restaurants. We had a clean room with all the necessities we needed. The staff in the reception was kind at check in.

You can hear your room neigthboors, I dont know if the people speak too laught and put TV in high volumen, but you can hear perfect what they watch and what they talk. Also at 1:00 AM always the garbage truck pass infront of the hotel making a lot of noise jajaja, it is not a fault from the hotel off couse, but you can hear it. However, We liked and recomend this hotel, we really like it.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Especially the young lady and gentleman who were working on Sunday 20th October. They helped me with a few mishaps. (haha) The rooms were spotless and clean. The hotel is 2 mins from the old town, surrounded by great bars and restaurants. It is a great hotel to stay if you want to see Murcia. We've been to Murcia a few times and there are lots of good hotels but this is one we're we would stay again. We even got cheap parking for 9 euros a night. We paid 35 a night in Madrid. Perfect place.

If you want a hotel in the very center that has a parking this is your place. Excellent value for money. Though rooms are small. Ask for upgrade if you feel a room with no view is not for you. We liked the breakfast that was varied and abundant.

All bathrooms share the same ventilation area. So while in the bathroom you may end up listening to your neighbors if they are loud. The garage next door could be a challenge but staff is very kind to give you options and explain this. You can walk some 500m and park in a city space that is much more spacious.

Big, modern, shiny and clean. Reception is big and shiny and friendly with some seating. Downstairs is the breakfast room and various other rooms; gym, tele room. My bedroom is big and bright and clean. Huge bed with nice clean bedding. Window, desk and chair, fridge and safe. Tele. Air conditioning. Very clean and quiet. Shower. Bright. Bidet & toilet. Good towels and toiletries. Soft close toilet! Breakfast was plentiful and good. Outside is the street very near the cathedral. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Clean and quiet and friendly. Complimentary water. Allowed me to leave my rucksack until my bus. Good staff.

No restaurant. No USB sockets. That’s it! All good.

Modern hotel in great location. Within easy walking to all squares (plazas) and bars, eateries and attractions. The room was clean with a large bed, a large wardrobe and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient. We would return.

The only fault was the lack of selection of hot food at breakfast (they only serve breakfast) There were scrambled egg, mini sausages and "bacon" There was a large selection of continental food which was adequate. They had a deal for breakfast at 10 euro which was good value for money.

Location. Heart of city. Nice staff. Nice breakfast, simple but very fresh. Area near cathedral and so many great bars and places to eat within a few hundred metres. Fast wifi.

Lacks a communal meeting space or bar area, for drinks. But outside streets are buzzing with bars and restaurants. Our two rooms were inner courtyard. But mid summer does not matter. No parking, but secure parking nearby.

I like the location as it is about half way between the bus station and the bull ring where I usually arrive and where I am typically going to. The rooms are always good, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are always helpful.

I feel the breakfast buffet lets the place down. On the occasions I have stayed here, the only hot choice was scrambled egg and miniature hot dog sausages, both of which were cold and not very good. The cold buffet was good as were the drinks and cereals.

It is located very close to the Cathedral, Plaza de las Flores with a number of good restaurants / bars. The hotel has a good gym (24/7) with a water server, TVs and towels. The facility is very clean and receptionists and other hotel staffs are very nice and friendly.

I normally stay for several days and do not take breakfast there are bars / bakeries nearby to go if you are hungry.

Lovely large comfy bed, excellent location to the cathedral area and so central and clean , would definitely stay here again, great value for money and lovely welcoming clean smell in the entrance area, loved our 2 night stay thankyou xx

I would have liked a bath but the shower was lovely and large also clean and excellent.. it was just that we did so much walking I would have liked to relax in the bath and have a soak 🛁
