Very characterful building, apparently it used to be part of the old palace. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is modern & clean. There are laundry facilities on Ground level, a roomy lounge area on Level 1, & a large dining area on the Level 2. The laundry was handy, & very welcomed as we'd been sailing for a week & then road-tripping for the last few days. Location is central so it was easy to get to anything within the Old Town. We would recommend having breakfast just outside the old town (Pile Gate), in Dubravka 1836 for good breakfast at lower prices.

The free car park was handy & very appreciated, but it is located too far away for us - there are four of us with a lot of luggage. We paid for Uber to & from the car park as it wasn't possible to walk the distance even if you only had a light rucksack/backpack. To be fair, this was already forewarned from the hotel, in detailed instructions provided to us before our arrival. If we were to do this trip again, we'd drop the hire car back & save us one day of car hire. Uber seems to be quite easy to call, & therefore convenient. This has nothing to do with the property, but we wish to add that food is more costly within the old town.

Superb location just off Stradum. Had top floor although 2 flights of stairs it was very quiet from street noise. Well organised accommodation. Loved the kitchenette. Great size room.

The location was excellent. The property was very beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely laundry facility. We adored the whole experience in Dubrovnik. Our host was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

The property’s parking was a fair way from the property but we caught an Uber to Pile gate and it was pretty close from there! Also, bring ear plugs as those bringing goods into the centre pull trolleys down the centre in the wee hours of the morning - but that’s a small price to pay for the brilliant location.

The host of accommodation provided great service. Ahead of my stay, I contacted the host to check how many exterior steps and interior stairs I had to go through since I had large luggage. She was very responsive to alleviate my fears. She and her staff met me at the car drop off at Pile Gate and helped bring my luggage to apartment building and then brought upstairs. I had spacious room on the first floor, quiet and clean Location was great, right in heart of old town, overlooking small church. Upon early morning check out, Host came early at 6:45am to help me bring my luggage downstairs to catch uber at Pile Gate. Thanks so much! Definitely would recommend!

Furniture in room was a bit dark style, but I did not mind it. Would be nice if it included breakfast for the price, but Dubrovnik Old Town is pricey!

Katija made us feel very welcome on arrival and provided us with all the relevant information we needed for our stay.The information and directions made it so much easier to find the accommodation in a very busy city. The apartments in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. It is in the best location, so peaceful and quiet right next to a church and in a quieter alleyway. The rooms are huge and have high ceilings. Tons of restaurants nearby and all the sights a couple of minutes away. Laundry facilities are free to use and the self check in is simple and easy especially if you arrive early or late. Would definitely stay again and will be highly recommending the apartments to all my Australian friends. 🇦🇺 🇭🇷

Best possible location, room is super clean and nice. If you want to stay in Dubrovnik you can't ask for anything better. You have also free laundry machine and drier.

Parking is about 5 km away, however it's free and you can take an Uber that will cost you 8 euros, so its not so bad. Take the Uber to the main entrance (Pile gate), this way you will not have any stairs to get to your room.

We stayed in a Superior Studio and it was beautiful, spacious, comfortable & spotlessly clean. The location was perfect in the Old Town. We were given excellent instructions on how to get to there. It was no trouble to find just off the main Stradun, with an easy flat walk from Pile Gate. It was very handy having a full laundry on the ground floor for free guest use. We met the House Manager,Jelena, who was so lovely and helpful. We really loved our stay. Thank you so much to the SUNce Palace Apartments team.

Great multi-night stay here. The staff were very friendly. The room was nice and big plus it is only slightly off the main drag in Dubrovnik's old town so it's close enough to walk to the main strip but far enough that you don't hear it. Really enjoy our time here.

The parking situation is a bit of a pain if you bring a vehicle. Though this isn't on the hosts as it's Dubrovnik's Old Town it comes without saying. If you are going to walk it, just know it's a trek from the supplied parking lot to the Hotel.

Very centrally located. Literally in the middle of Old Town so perfect for seeing the old city but definitely in the hubbub of it all. Sound resistant windows were excellent and the staff provided earplugs if necessary. It was a calm respite in the middle of the busy center. Bonus for the free laundry facilities (very needed mid trip, although took a long time for a cycle) as well as the umbrellas for the torrential rain we experienced. The shower was the best one we had during our 2 weeks in Croatia. We barely saw the staff but that was fine. They also left us a bottle of wine as a honeymoon gift upon arrival - so sweet.

We had two studio apartments for the family. Both rooms were next to each other and perfect for what we needed. They were spacious as well as luxurious and we couldn't have been happier. The location is absolutely perfect for getting around the old town. Often we would need something and would just pop back to our rooms to collect things. We will definitely stay here again as this will not be the last time we visit Dubrovnik.
