Good 'all inclusive' service, great meal variety. The staff was really friendly, they offered us a free room upgrade from a deluxe double room to a family suite when we arrived. Special thanks to Mr. Nikos from the Reception for being very helpful. Great view from rooms (sun dawn + see/beach). There is a 'mini club' with various activities for children: drawing, playing, dancing, etc. Highly recommend to visit Sunset Cliffs in the evening which are just about 15 minute walk from the Hotel. Besides that, although the hotel provides free transfers to the Mononaftis beach (which is actually at about 5 minutes by foot in a steep hill), I would recommend to go to the Psaroumoura beach which is lot more cozy and not that far away. Agia Pelagia main sandy beach is at about 20-30 minutes by foot.

For guests with little children it's worth mentioning that in the evening (9-11:30 PM) it can be very noisy due to parties in the hotel (at the main pool, amphitheater's parties are just fine in that regards) and hotels around. So if you want to have quite and calm evenings then it makes sense to consider rooms in so called Annex which are just about 3-5 minutes walk from the main part of the Hotel.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. This is absolutely the best place where we have been so far. Starting from the stunning location superb view of the Aegean sea and beautiful beaches nearby. Rooms cleaned every day, we have been served amazing food with lots of choices and entertainment was on every night after dinner. But the staff deserves a standing ovation...from the reception, shop, restaurant & kitchen, bars to the cleaners every single person went over and beyond to make our stay perfect. We have never seen a grumpy face (and working ourselves in the hospitality we know how kills this job)and we went at the end of the season which meant they all were very tired, but they all had a contagious smile on their faces. I fell in love with Greece but overall I love its people, they are the most kindest and caring persons I have ever met. I wish I could remember every single name to say thank you personally but I have a bad memory sorry. Thank you thank you. Hope you all have a well deserved break. We will surely see you again soon❤️

Not much choice on the drinks all inclusive, quite limited. WiFi wasn't great in places. Funny smell in room and corridor like cigars

The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Everything was better than my expectation. There was nothing that I did not like or enjoy.

My wife and I spent the first 3 nights of our honeymoon at Blue Bay! We couldn't have been happier! We were absolutely satisfied with the facilities and the hospitality of the hotel!! All the staff were very kind and made us feel part of the family. They were ready and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and tidied. The restaurant was excellent, with a big variety of high quality foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also cared about the entertainment of both adults and children: it organised fabulous evening events, such as karaoke, latin and greek nights. It was also worth visiting the Four Seasons spa that is situated in the hotel: it provides excellent services and the staff are highly experienced. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

I had an upgrade on arrival, I was happy with the room. Food was adequate, some evenings better than others. Baklava was amazing. Most of the staff were very friendly

Very far from the long beach, 2 euros to play pool. Cocktails were only raki and ouzo based, first all inclusive I’ve been to where vodka, gin etc are not included. We ordered a taxi for 9 people and they turned up and claimed we only ordered for 5/6 people which was stressful

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The staffs were extremely friendly and very helpful. The pools were nice and the bars by the pool well located. The hotel asked for our feedback half way through our trip and within a few hours our feedback was taking into consideration. The sea is only about 10mins walk away.
