Absolutely everything was top class. The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk to the old town and chairlift. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. The restaurant was excellent with very good food and an incredible wine list and the host was very knowledgeable of the local wines Not only does this property provide accommodation but you can take a private tour of the vineyards or organise transfers to and from the airport or to the nearby bear sanctuary in absolute luxury in the motel's private vehicle. The host is fluent in number of languages including: English, Spanish and Russian...maybe more 😀 I highly recommend this accommodation- don't look anywhere else!

Very cosy chalet really warm and neat! Location is great. Staff was also great!

The couch on the living room felt really dirty as it was full of stains and dirt that was built over it over time. Also, the property's description on booking was pointing out the fireplace as the best feature of this property but when we asked for logs to light it up, the hotel charged us 15 euro for a big basket of logs.. In our opinion the logs should be included in the room's price or if otherwise, to at least mention in the property's description on booking that there's a price of 15eur for being provided with logs for the fireplace.

The chalet was lovely. It was also well-heated, which is essential for drying your ski clothes at the end of the day. We also had a private entrance which made it really easy to get back from nights out. The owner Dayan was also such an accommodating host. He drove us to and from the ski lift every day, provided snacks during our transfer, and was always happy to teach us about Bulgarian culture and history. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Famil Hotel was just excellent. Really warm rooms, plenty of spaces and cozy design. The breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel. Really, nothing negative to say. Like all these weren't enough, our host Dayan was a really helpful and kind gentleman who ensured our stay would be terrific. He was preparing our coffee every morning and even waiting longer on our check-in because our flight was late. He didn't even charge us extra. At the checkout, he gifted us a special red wine that he had made on his own back to 2009. We will definitely come again!

VIP service!!! we arrived with a car at evening time and Dayan was welcoming and helped with everything that was needed. Parking is no problem, great service, good breakfast, definitely will come next time at Bansko

The room was warm and comfortable and there was a very comfortable chair on the balcony. The host was amazing. Not only did he cook me a delicious meal each evening, he provided breakfast each morning, including a freshly cooked omelette. He was also kind enough to drive me to the bear sanctuary and also to provide a transfer to Plovdiv both at very reasonable rates. He was an interesting man and I enjoyed talking with him.

A beautiful and very clean place near the city center and the gondola station. Excellent services: daily cleaning, good breakfast, transfer by car to the gondola in a few minutes, if needed. In the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine in a pleasant atmosphere by the fireplace in the lobby. The owner is a real host and will help you as soon as you need something related to your stay.

This time off a tourist season, so hotel was almost empty as all town of Bansko. But prepare and will be ready for hi season for winter, so inapplicable question about skiing by booking.com? I like currently are some other activities in mountains as hiking and MTB bicycling etc.

Yet again, this hotel didn't disappoint us. The host is just amazing and makes you feel at home. The room was very clean with amazing view and comfortable beds. The restaurant is one of our favorite, with relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. The menu is balanced and every meal is a piece of art. The wine list offers great variety and after dinner, you can continue in the lobby where the atmosphere is very cozy. Our dog also had an amazing time because pets are welcome at no extra charge and can freely enjoy the yard and the lobby with water available throughout the hotel. He even ate the host's dog's food and still made friends with her :)

This beautiful hotel, with welcoming staff, is very near city center. We were on our summer vacation and we stoped to take a rest for one night. This was our first visit to Bansko and it is so beautiful in summer time, I could only imagine what awaits us i a winter time. Hosts are very low key and friendly... and we had the most lovely homemade breakfast. The view, the fascilities, the place itself exceeded our expectations.
