(Premier King Room) Came to Melaka after 15 years for family vacation. It was a great trip @ Swiss Gardens Melaka. We were welcomed by friendly consensus! Special thanks to a very helpful and polite front desk staff, Eugene! He guided us on must visit spots and a copy of the location map too!!!👍👏👏👏 Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Our room comes with a balcony and beautiful lake view. It would be great if they placed some outdoor furniture on the balcony. Walking distance to Jonker Street, must try cafes and restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of eateries, amenities, and mall too. Sadly, many shop lots at the mall are closed down due to Covid impacts,(* but they are recovering and some nice dining place with vegetarian options available!*) Safety24hrs security walkabout makes us feel safe! Food and drinksReasonable spread of breakfast buffet. Taste good too. Noteworthy detailsThey have excellent and well maintained pools for adults and children!

I like the location of the river, which is situated near the town and has convenient access to it.

The buffet had nearly the same menu, and some people didn't know what to eat. The worst part was that they didn't lock the door that connected the rooms. It was a nightmare when the next-door guest suddenly opened the door.

The thin walls were an absolute delight! I mean, who wouldn’t want to intimately experience their neighbor’s 2 a.m. karaoke session? Free entertainment at its finest. The bed was so creatively hard it doubled as a chiropractic adjustment. I woke up feeling like a brand-new pretzel. The lack of hot water really made me feel alive – nothing like an arctic shower to kickstart the day with a heart attack! The distant location was perfect for practicing my wilderness survival skills. Bonus: I can now read bus schedules in 3 languages!

The staff were way too friendly. They smiled all the time – I couldn’t even sulk properly. The breakfast buffet was so extensive, I got overwhelmed. I mean, who has the energy to choose between 12 types of pastries at 7 a.m.?

The hotel fulfilled all of my requests : connecting rooms, a baby cot and extra bed. The staff arranged everything as I've requested too. The twin room was not ready yet when I checked in (4.00 pm) and the staff has kindly offered the complimentary parking at level 3A. Good way to redeem the late check in. Breakfast was nice too, just that the coffee machine can maybe be fixed / checked quicker. It was broken throughout my stay (3d2n) and the queue was quite long. Overall it was a satisfying stay for me and my 4 kids.

Elevator issue, only 2 were working and had to wait for about 15mins tops. It wasn't a really long time but it was sure a never ending torture for my young kids.

This is second stay in this hotel. The supervisor Eugene is very helpful, we stay in one of the room the floor and vinyl very oily when walking. He came and inspect using his finger to touch the marble floor and the vinyl floor, he even removed his sock to walk around the room to inspect again due to 17m son walking and falling down multiple times. He help us to arrange to change room the next day in the morning and even help us to move all the things to another room when my hubby is looking after 2 kids in the new room. He inspect the room that was all ok for a 17m baby to stay safe in the room. 2 A thumb up👍👍👍 for Eugene for his willingness and listen with good customer service that he provided. He also informed us that that room was polish before.That is why is oily and slippery. Eugene continue to keep your spirit for helping customer..Will.come back and stay again :)

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Alyssa Balqis from the front office at yr hotel. She went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally booked the wrong date. Seeing how both my wife and I are senior citizens who find on-line bookings hard to navigate, much less re-do, Alyssa patiently helped me cancel my original booking and secure a new one for correct date even though it was a busy day for her. Despite that she remained professional, polite and attentive. The room I received had a beautiful river view which make my stay even more delightful. I'm truly impressed at the excellent service provided by Alyssa and even more satisfied with my experience at Swiss Garden Hotel Melaka. Thank you Alyssa and Thank you Swiss Garden for making my stay a pleasant one.

Every staff is polite and helpful. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. Everything I like and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel

The breakfast was plentiful and had a huge choice of food even at 10.30 in the morning food was being replaced. Our room was on the 12 floor and had the most amazing views over the river below and mountains in the distance.The room was very spacious and the staff doing the rooms were amazing anything needed just ask no problem.

Nothing regarding the hotel overall but our only gripe was if you used the bathroom in the night which had a glass panel on one wall and turned the light on it lit up the whole room😅 which isn't great if you are a light sleeper.

The room and everything in it was good. Didn't get to use the pool nor gym but they look good. Location wise is good. Near river. Provide 2 complimentary car parks. Staff were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. And requests were attended to very promptly.

The complimentary car park at Levels 7 and 8 is a bit complicated but otherwise ok save for the "challenging" drive up to the levels. At least the ramps are wide. Plenty of empty Premium car park at ground level ( roadside) and perhaps should allow guests to park there for a few hours in the day to save driving up and down from Levels 7. But Mandatory to park overnight at Levels 7 and 8.

Please advice maintenance unit to always check the washrooms In the rooms before customers check in especially the shower Cubicle where all the hoses and bidets must function well. Please check room 2030, the short flexible hose is leaking and the cupboard light Switch doesn't off when you close the cupboard.
