The hotel is very impressive from the outside & in. It’s in a good location within a short car journey into town. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel looks in need of a refit in the rooms, stairs & corridors as carpets and furniture is very worn in places. A busy bar was let down by only having one person working it, and she was rushed off her feet all night. Many customers left as could not get served, such a shame as the girl behind the bar was working so hard but needed more help. Also Aircon in bedroom not working and room temp would not drop below 26 degrees.

Staff are wonderful so friendly and helpful beautiful parador will definately be back next year🤗

I found the photos on booking.com very confusing. In all the photos it clearly showed floor length window/doors and when we checked in our room 221 had a small window and felt quite claustrophobic. However I asked a very helpful gentleman on reception to change us which he did but he did point out that there were very few rooms with balconies so perhaps you should change the photos as they are very misleading. I would appreciate your comments.

Nothing. I would like to comment tho that the photos on Booking.com all show patio doors and in fact there are only 7 rooms in this hotel with this facility. They very kindly changed our room but that is obviously subject to availability. This should be addressed by Booking.com as it is misrepresention and in no way the fault of this beautiful parador.

The parador rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The building is set in its own large grounds, with plenty of parking and a swimming pool.

While very comfortable and quite grand, the parador was a little characterless. I understand that it was built in the 1950s or 60s (i.e., under the Franco regime). A more serious problem is that it was built on the main road passing Teruel - which was very logical at the time - but it is not easy to find if you are travelling on the new motorway. It did not help that the road access to Teruel is currently seriously disrupted by the closure of one of the main bridges to the town.

Nice building on a hill away from town, easy parking, efficient check-in, peaceful atmosphere and a pleasant park around the parador. Rooms are not too big or modern but perfectly adequate and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet with fresh pastries and some warm dishes cooked to order.

Parador is located quite a bit away from town center so you need to complete your Teruel sightseeing before heading to the parador (by car) for the night. Not a big drawback but it is definitely not a walking distance.

Beautiful building, both inside and out. Good sized rooms, immaculate and stylish. Super comfy bed and our room had seating for two. Good outdoor space with large pool area. Plenty of free parking.

Unfortunately we had noisey upstairs neighbours who seemed to be constantly rearranging the furniture, which on a parquet flooring was jarring. Suggestion: put felt pads on furniture feet.

The location, the parking, traditional ambience, the pool, good bed, great staff. Moderately clean (just a bit dusty). Bathroom superb with a tub and a bidet (heaven!)

The food - always in Paradores the restaurants are beautiful, with great ambience. the staff attentive, professional and helpful. It’s just that what is produced almost always misses the mark.

Location is good, room was clean and bed was very comfy. Evening meal was good. About 10 min drive from central Teruel which was definitely worth a visit.

We had a slot for breakfast from 1000 to 1100. We got there at 1005, and although there was quite alot of choice, there was no fresh bread. When we asked we were given some quite stale slices. Not what we'd expect from a Parador. We also weren't asked if we wanted any Hot item. Just felt they weren't bothered with the later sitting, but they gave us the slot.

The subtle elegance of the public rooms. The building is set in lovely parklands in beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Teruel .pleasant conservatory bar, attractive dining Room serving good food . Efficient friendly Staff.

No English language TV channels available Also no availability to change language on the TV. Not a good thing when evident during our stay French, British and German guests on holiday .

We like to stay at Paradores hotels. It was clean, comfortable, parking was free, plenty of food in the restaurant and a choice of drinks in the bar. It's located just outside of Teruel with peaceful surroundings. Easy to find, close to the motorway.

There weren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room, but a mini bar with cold drinks were available for extra charge
