Everything was very good. Spacious and comfortable room, close to the beach and to the Elements Watersports. Everything clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Everything was very good. Except, upon my booking I was proposed airport shuttle via Booking.com, which I accepted. I was of the assumption and it would have made sense that this is for arrival and also departure. I had to realize that this airport shuttle was applicable on arrival only. Hence, I had no return shuttle and had to book a last minute taxi in order to catch my return flight. It is good idea to propose those airport shuttle, but the customer should be given the opportunity to chose for either arrival or departure or both.

Facilities are very good and the beach is great. House keeper Mahmoud is a great person and very helpful.

I was expecting a better sea view since the balcony was a bit far from the beach. Need better service on the beach and many times it was hard to find a place there. I’m not interested to get my drink from Magdy that serves the drinks in the main restaurant. I didn’t complain on him in the property so that I don’t affect his job but seemed that he continued his rudeness. He was so rude although I’m (the guest) was trying to smile to him to get better service but every time he became worse to me.

The resort was great. The room was big and comfortable and the food varied. The beach is linked to the resort and can easily and quickly be accessed. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful. Thank you Mr Hisham for attending to our stay and making sure everything was handled. We will most probably come back.

Just main restaurant need more food variety and taste quality to be wonderful but other restaurants are Excellent.

We had a fantastic time at Caribbean World Soma Bay Hotel! The beach was stunning, the food was delicious, the scenery was incredible, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Our kids especially enjoyed the morning and evening activities. Our entire group would like to extend a special thanks to Hesham Salah, Amgad, and Hossam for their outstanding service and hospitality. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone searching for a perfect vacation destination.

Check in was very fast , receptionist was very helpful and upgrade our room . Very amazing beach and alot of pools. Overall our stay was great .

Food was not that good, especially the restaurant on the beach

It was very comfort and the landscape is so beautiful and there are many facilties , so that the crowd gives you company .

The nightlife is poor

1. Mr.Hisham the assistant manager at the reception is really a gentleman 🥰, his great welcoming and daily calling to ensure we are so comfortable and happy. 2. La palma restaurant (Italian restaurant)was wonderful and highly recommended & the smiley staff there specifically Mr.Mohamad Hamdy. 3. The beach , pools , aqua , animations , green gardens & rooms were great. I think staff are doing their best for the guests.

The main restaurant needs some variety of food and taste at lunch and dinner. Some oriental food will make a difference 😉

the facility is very nice, comfy, clean and well organized as we did not feel lost at any moment and we memorized the property fast enough, and the water activities were amazing, clean, refreshing, and good temperature.

The FOOOOOOOOOOOODDD, was very much beloooow expectations, with quality below average in all 4 restaurants, the staff was not professional in terms of interacting with the guest, food serving, and cleaning and providing plates, plates were being cleaned and served very slowly. although the kitchens and restaurants were well established and equipped, the staff simply were not on the same level of quality as the facility and equipment
