As we booked all inclusive so it shouldn’t be any paid option inside the resort but there are paid games inside.

My recent stay at Serenity Fun City Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt, was an absolute delight. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of fun, luxury, and outstanding service. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, with Ahmed Abdul Menaem standing out for his exceptional service. Throughout my stay, Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of perfect. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Aqua Park. This water paradise was a haven of excitement for both adults and children. From thrilling water slides to lazy rivers and refreshing pools, the Aqua Park provided endless entertainment and laughter. The attention to cleanliness and safety measures was evident, giving me peace of mind while enjoying the water attractions. The hotel itself offered a luxurious and comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. I found myself feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a restful night's sleep. When it came to dining, Serenity Fun City Hotel surpassed all expectations. The diverse range of culinary options available was impressive, and the food quality was exceptional. From international cuisine to local delicacies, each meal was a gastronomic delight. The attentive restaurant staff catered to my dietary preferences with utmost care. Overall, my stay at Serenity Fun City Hotel in Hurghada was truly unforgettable. The exceptional facilities, particularly the Aqua Park, provided endless fun and excitement. Gentlemen offering various experience (massage, oils, watersports, photos, trips,...) by the pool were a bit annoying - every 10 minutes someone came and offered something

This is our first time in Egypt. I did not expect so much. Many people said that the tourists have to be careful. But the real Egypt in my eyes are totally different from what I read on the internet. There are only few people trying to be tricky. But 99% of the people are nice and polite. The epyptian are very on time. Tours are well-organized. Serenity fun city hotel are one of the best hotel that I have been around the world. They are good in every way! Just visit them and enjoy.

The staff is friendly, professional, and cheerful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the pool and aqua park are amazing.

The food was okay but not exceptional, it could be better.

This is my 3rd visit to the resort and it is still as solid as it was. Good rooms, good pools, lovely aqua park and theme park. Excellent food in terms of quality and variety. Make sure to experience the natural sea jacuzzi spots at the beach during low tide.

Air conditioning needs to be improved a little. Sea and beach waste needs stronger attention. Lazy river schedule needs more flexibility to accommodate the demand volume. You must pay attention to your beach towels, specially by the pool, as it disappeared twice, 1st time I couldn't find out who took it and the pool team replaced it for me, while the 2nd time it was taken by the people sitting next to me and I took it back from them.

My kids loved the aqua park, snorkeling and pool area. Staff at the dining hall, pool area and reception were extremely friendly and helpful.

The beach had a lot of coral so not much swimming could take place.

The room was clean. The pools, Aqua Park, and Luna Park area were amazing. All the service was so organized and perfect. The staff was so friendly to us and very helpful on any occasion. Especially Ahmed from the buffet, it really made our vacation better. And the buffet itself was more than our expectations. The food was so delicious and there were so many varieties every day.

Little bit nosiy ventilation in room, but no problem for us

Nearly every single member of staff that we encountered was wonderful. Abdullah and Yehia on reception at check in were brilliant, they gave us welcome drinks whilst we waited ten minutes for our room to be finished and made ready. Mohammed at the waterpark was recreational support finding, setting up sunbeds and making sure you had everything you needed everyday was amazing. Abd El Hadi and Mostafa, both chefs, get a special mention as they went out of their way to make our food exactly as requested including allergies and remembered each day of our stay. The waiters at breakfast, lunch and dinner always have a smile despite their long days and are incredibly welcoming. The fantastic waterpark staff were great fun, again they remembered out children's names and would build up the slide experience for them. Housekeeping remembered our children's names everyday and went out of their way to make our room special, with swans and flowers. Ahmed in the Lobby Bar made our day numerous times with his service and sense of humour! Truly the staff at the hotel stand out, thank you to everyone who made our stay so lovely. The family room was perfect for our two adults and two children. The black out curtains are enough so that the misted glass between the two rooms doesn't get too light. The only drawback to the room is the bathroom drainage, shower water can get trapped in the bathroom however, housekeeping sorted this out everyday. The variety of the food everyday and at each sitting was impressive. Each day has a different theme for instance Turkish, seafood, BBQ, Italian, oriental etc. Depending on the number of nights you stay you can dine at the shared a la carte restaurants, the Monterrey (Mexican) was especially scrumptious.

They do allow certain businesses to sell products such as the on-site spa, natural oils, horse riding, taxi service, tattoos, submarine visits or off-roading whilst you are on your sun lounger. They are all friendly and not at all offended when you say no but it can feel intrusive at times due to the volume of sellers circulating. There is a games area for children and young adults, we didn't get to experience it as it opened after 9.30pm. If it could open earlier in the day say from 5pm it would be a handy attraction for children to attend during the evening hours especially as there aren't as many activities planned for the evenings.

The staff are very friendly and willing to help at all times. The water park is amazing. The food is very good, with a variety of options and generous amounts. The place is very kids friendly with lots of activities to do all day long.

Carrying the floaters all the way up is hard, and maybe a solution should be considered to mechanically move them up the towers by the slides.
