Great place, great service, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Price could be a little better as the beach is a little far and beach is not that good itself

Excellent : location, room, facilities, staff (very helpful and polite), pool, bar, parking (30lv for the underground parking, with a designated spot and ample room to maneuver). The hotel is excellent, the location is perfect (50m to the beach, perfect for families with children). It is both close enough to the "hot" places, and at the same time - we had very quiet and comfortable sleep. The pool bar makes excellent cocktails. The staff - from front office , through bellhops and maids - are very helpful and polite.

This will not lower the score and it's more of a personal preference - the modern design of the bathroom is great but...the doors of the bathrooms really need to be all the way up (unlike a stall, but a real closed off space). This is not a negative comment, but a remark.

It’s just great! If they can change the music at the pool will be much, much better. The music now is either heavy drug after party or top 40s. Neither of it fits the estate and the style. As well as the music goes from normal to very high volume. I have spoken to the receptionist and one of the managers but nothing changed. This is my 3th or fourth stay.

Almost everything

- the resort is great with free secured parking - the staff is very friendly and attending - the food at the restaurant was very good - the breakfast is very tasty, you have a lot of things to choose from and it is different everyday - the pool is super clean - the room is spacious, was cleaned everyday - the towels were changed everyday and the amenities were replaced - the reception staff were very helpful and help me organize a surprise for my husband - 10 out of 10 for their effort

Very clean and quiet place. The food was very delicious. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very close to the beach.

Expensive drinks.

The hotel it is close to the beach (like 5 minutes away), designed carefully and nice generally. Nice big room, nice design of the room, good quality mattress. Area it is pretty quiet so you can relax in peace even in the high season. A grocery store it is nearby and most of the restaurants in the same area (+/- 5-20 minutes walking). Breakfast was excellent, good quality coffee and large variety of tea and juice. Parking near the hotel also was available in a closed parking lot and with controlled access. Some services are as expected (breakfast, cleaning, room service, availability for information's from the lobby personal). Breakfast was almost the same every day, but the number of options was big so no problem for us, after 5 days some options still remained to be tested in another trip. To be honest I had no idea what else they could supply for breakfast. Massage was fine or more than fine, a little unusual but that's why I try it in different places. They do allow pet along with the owner so good to know that they respect that promise. Bottom line: we will be back and definitely recommend it . Also the Lozenetz it is a small town but a very nice option to relax at the Seaside. The outside temperature was more agreeable than expected, nice breeze and pretty strong waves all the time. The AC unit in very good condition, functioned as expected.

Unstable slow Wi-Fi connection in the room, frequently disconnecting, useless for business video connection, I planned to work remotely it was impossible. The Spa (Jacuzzi, Steam bath, sauna) it is available only as a pay option with prior reservation . Pet friendly tax: 45 LEV/day.

Spacious rooms(we had a family room), breakfast buffet very rich with fresh local food as well! Special relax area in the swimming pool where children were not allowed. Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Location is great - 50m from the central beach and 5 min walk from the Lozenets center.

Minor nuisance - we were with a baby in one of the rooms and half of the days they keep forgetting to give us towels for the baby too. Easily resolved when I called reception, hence not really a problem. More of a suggestion for the hotel cleaning service.

Had a wonderful stay & would say it's probably the best hotels in lozenets. The location is perfect litteraly a 2 minute walk to the beach & 5 minutes to the centre, the staff were very attentive & very professional & they even let us check in a bit early aswell as letting us check out an hour later, the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time with a vast selection to choose from, we stayed on the ground floor deluxe rooms which gave you direct access to the pool which made us feel quite special, the toiletries in the bathroom was first class & the bed was super comfortable, I would definitely recommend this hotel for people visiting lozenets & if we ever visit this region again, I would stay without thinking twice irrelevant of the price as it's worth it

There is nothing I didn't like but I would recommend maybe giving more options of premium tv channels in the room for when your chilling out & also possible a big screen in the bar area as we stayed when the 2024 Euros was on & it would have been nice watching it with a drink in hand overlooking the lovely scenery

Incredible staff & property. Some of the best breakfast and overall quality of food on the Bulgarian seaside. Did I say that the staff is absolutely trained for a 5 star customer service.

The SPA is a little lackluster, but the pool more than makes up for it.

The rooms with direct access to the pool were superb, well-equipped with everything you need, and beautifully decorated. The hotel truly deserves its 5 stars, very beautiful, with respectful and attentive staff, and a very good breakfast.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the accommodation. I would mention that the resort is small and not very crowded, but it’s a good location for relaxation.
