Right in the middle of the strip. Close to EVERYTHING! The pool was amazing, as was the hot tub. Most hotels no longer have those. I stayed in room 366. Huge, spacious, lots of closet space. Large jetted tub that worked wonderful! The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! It was 100 plus degrees while I was there. Very clean and quiet hotel!

The “free” breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Not much selection. It was free though so can’t complain too much. Also the TV channels went in and out for some reason. 3rd floor doesn’t have an Ice Machine. Had to go down to another floor.

Loved breakfast! Loved that we were walking distance to almost every attraction! We barely had to drive! We got fresh towels and breakfast everyday! Lots of activities and food variety near by. Friendly staff! Loved the pool hours!

It would be nice to have bigger beds! As a family of four there was no room for extra beds and those full beds seemed tiny with kids in them! Also a quick vacuuming every day with the fresh towels would be great. This won’t stop us from staying though! If we ever come back we will stay here and will recommend it to anyone we know traveling to Branson!

This hotel proved to be a perfect experience. This hotel sits right on the main strip and has multiple attractions within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. Both the inside and outside pool was a great benefit depending on the weather or number of people swimming. Lastly, the hot breakfast was very delicious. There was a lot more offered than expected. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.

There is nothing that I can think of that I did not like. Job well done!

The check-in process was super easy. I have worked in hotels as a front desk receptionist and housekeeping for many years, which are both very hard jobs. That being said I'm still pretty critical on rooms and staff at hotels, I got to the room and it was exceptionally clean. We got up and had breakfast which was really good what made it better was the staff . They were super nice and you could tell they were enjoying their job ain't nothing worse than being around somebody who doesn't like the job. We decided to say a second night and went ahead and checked in and housekeeping was outside my door her name was Kim I couldn't have asked for a better housekeeper she changed my towels no question she was polite and nice and sociable. I went to the front desk I had a few questions they waited on me like I was a family member and I really appreciate that! Will be back again.

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful and courteous, and the accommodations were great! We loved the breakfast every morning, really getting our day started right! Also, the property was well maintained, and the pools and hottubs were clean and wonderful after a long day. This was our second time staying here, and I will definitely be staying again on our next trip!

I really don't have any complaints. We loved our stay.

It was just all around a wonderful time. My daughter (9) even said next time we come, she wants to stay here rather than ANY other hotel, including the ones with water parks and water slides. If you knew my little mermaid, you'd know exactly how big of a deal that is. 5 stars from us! I also very much enjoyed the ticket service. I was frantic trying to plan last minute and the morning of the trip I received a call from the hotel asking if I needed tickets. I desperately did! Had them ready for me the moment that we arrived to check in. Really took a lot of stress from the trip! Thank you so much!

I only wish that there was covered access from the pool to the other rooms across the way. Just because of winter months. But it was still an excellent time!! We just bundled 🥰

indoor pool and hot tub area was fantastic! We took our grandkids for a few days vacation and they wanted to spend all the time there! Breakfast was great with several hot items. It was older facility, but had been renovated. It was comfortable and all staff were very friendly. We would stay again!

Our room was on the outside, and we had to walk outside short distance to access door to inside hallways for pool and breakfast. Not that big a deal, but it was a little chilly wearing swimwear outside.

We loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the middle of the strip. We loved that the swimming pools stay open until midnight, which was convenient with having kids. The beds were great. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

I was not a fan of the breakfast, but I typically don't care for hotel breakfast. My boyfriend thought it was great.

The breakfast was wonderful! All though I only eat oatmeal. But the selection was great for the guests. The cook/server was totally amazing. Kind and friendly each morning. He made it worthwhile to stop in for coffee and something to eat. My husband did eat and said it was all very good. By the way we have stayed here a few times and it is always nice. Thank you Best Western for such awesome service.

The staff was amazing. The pool area was nice and clean. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The room was nice size. Everything was nice in the room. Location!!! Was great!!!!

I slept in one morning and someone came in and changes the towels.. with .e asleep in the room. Super creepy but im ok.... the beds were kinda hard. Lol. But overall we enjoy it.
