Everything was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was loaded with a great variety of items to choose from. The resort staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met, from our room attendant to the pool and beach accommodation staff.

Throughout or stay, our sleep and restful periods at night were interrupted by some type of maintenance or construction to the rooms or facilities around us. A slight disturbance that may have been unavoidable, but non the less mentionable. Our room was booked a Garden Room but with mostly views of a vegetable garden and a view above the hotel valet entrance and reception area. The room itself was very nice and comfortable with amenities and awesome housekeeping.

Wonderful hotel in a great area. Is not a resort far away from everything. Wailea is vibrant and full of options, with restaurants, shops and diferent beaches. Stoning natural beauty . There is a beach in front of the hotel, where you can dive with turtles and see the wales , effortlessness, they are just there. It was the best stay ever! The staff pays attention to every possible detail. They even remembered that I mentioned my sister got engaged and offered us a complementary drink. The facilities are wonderful, the staff is the best, and the beach is beautiful. Would come back anytime and very much recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect.

You have to be up at the adult pool by 6:30 am to try and reserve an umbrella chair. Even then, we still did not get there early enough. There were people who got in line at 6am then left the chairs open until after lunch. I recommend a stricter policy for people saving chairs so they can be given away after 2 hours if not back.

Room was very nice. Enjoyed the balcony, music in the bathroom, complimentary champagne for our honeymoon, automatic AC when opening/closing the balcony doors etc. Service for our bags and taxi was also great.

Had to wait an hour or 2 for the room to be ready. Should allow more than 2 people in the gym, especially since masks were already required. Should allow beverages to be consumed in the game room for the pool tables and gaming stations (we would have used this room if that was the case)

Pampered. We felt so pampered during our stay, everything and anything we asked for was provided to us. The room was luxuriously comfortable, the hotel facilities were amazing. I could just go on. There was a slight hiccup - I requested for floral decoration in the room as we got married that day and I wanted to surprise my wife. This was supposed to be done while we were out having our ceremony, however to my horror, the room was not made by the time we got back, and the petals were arranged on an unmade bed. In fact we walked in together with the maid who was doing our room. Talk about awkward. Anyways, guest services did an amazing service recovery. We had a reservation at Ferraro's that evening - they arranged the best table for us (in my opinion) and treated us to a bottle of wine and an antipasti. This was completely unexpected, and they went above and beyond, I want to recognise the team for that.

our room was backed up to a road hence early morning noise.742 to the elevator is a long long walk.

great staff even though we had initially issues with the wifi and other things they were very accommodative

long lines of breakfast buffet and never able to get a sunbed in the adult pool were not acceptable for a four seasons (and it was not the highest season) hopefully they will find a way

Minor critique that the breakfast options/quality/value were not as good as anticipated. Expected the buffet to be a bit more varied given the size of the hotel.
