The staff was very friendly. From the moment I got there the man and the woman who was being trained were very nice and helpful. They explained the map of the resort, and told me where some good places to eat dinner were at. The maintenance man also showed me where breakfast was. He even told me if anything broke to let him know, he would fix it.

The hurricane damage from 2 years ago really takes away from how pretty the property could be. With the walking paths to the beach being blocked off, and having to walk by the pools instead of a straight path to the beach was disappointing. There was also not a basketball court like advertised. My room did not have any wash clothes. I had to go to the lobby to get some. The lady was nice about it and went to the laundry room to get some for me.

Ms Virginia was a doll. She started every day with a smile!! Michael at the front desk was the best!! Very accommodating. We loved the pool and beach access!!

I loved that it was oceanfront. It basically had everything we needed in room. The staff was amazing. Everyone we ran across always had a kind word and smile. It had 2 pools which was awesome. It did have a continental breakfast.

The elevator!!! Geez oh mighty, the thing had a mind of it's own. Really thought it was haunted, the way it kept going up and down no matter what you pushed and stopping. Lol, not the usuual up and down guys, like randomness. The beach access was KINDA wierd but hey, we had it. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Location at the beach, also staff was nice and kind. Beds were comfortable with multiple pillows. Place has a laundry service which is good.

Pool and grill area were outdatet and under construction, elevators had no air conditioning, room air conditioners were loud, room with a kitchen did not have basic kitchen accessories (can opener, cheese grater etc). TV remote had no EPG so it was not possible to get channel information. It would have been nice if breakfast was served until 10 am.

At first glance when we pulled up my husband wasn't too sure about the place but after checking in and seeing our room it was very clean and spacious. Traveling with two kids and an infant we need the space. We had a full kitchen with fridge, oven and microwave:)

Only one of the pools was open after I was told all three pools would be and it sits behind and between the buildings so no sun gets in which is weird but the pool was heated so I'll give them that. Also some rust around the tub in the bathroom which is an eyesore needs to be fixed ASAP! Lastly the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint.

Perfect location directly across from Winn Dixie, great beach location and far enough away from boardwalk traffic but you can see it in the distance so cool to watch.

The only negative thing I’d even have , which is such a minor complaint is the pools didn’t have the skimmers turned on so the pool closest to the ocean had a ton of bugs and bird feathers floating on top all over. It would have taken them just a few minutes to come out and scoop them out but just a minor thing other than that we will definitely stay again!! Great value for the price and location

Room wasn't cleaned from day we arrived until we left- 10 days.They met us at the door with clean towels and we had to deliver our garbage pails to them. Didn't seem right .

Staff, Excelent, Rooms with old decoration but clean with the exception of few minor detail of dirt in the bathroom and around the bed platforms. Exterior hall wall and door will need atention of painting. The rest of the area was good.

I encountered a problem with the automatic door system that didn't work properly and won't read the card twice but the staff came and resolve the problem, twice.

I loved our room and balcony. The view was amazing. We slept with the balcony door open most nights just to hear the ocean all night.

There was an older man working when I checked in and he was also working when I added an extra night on my booking. He really wasn’t very nice at all. He kept acting like I was trying to get an upgrade for free, but in reality I just wanted what I paid for.

Very friendly receptionist at the lobby. We could park our motorhome at hotel lot. Comfortable beds and spacious room, also nice ocean view from the room deck and a big supermarket, IHOP and a smallAmerican restaurant, other small shops across the street

The floor kinda dirty and sticky. But it was ok if we kept on wearing our sandals and shoes in the room
