The location is far from anything, however the view is incredible. We were happy with it as we were looking for a place far from any city. Breakfast was delicious, and apart from basics, there was something different every day. Staff were lovely, especially the waitress with blonde hair (I wish I had asked her name) she was very polite and took great care of us during breakfast. The room was clean and warm. The aesthetic of the place is on point, everything is well thought through and has a strong mountain style finish which is amazing!

The TV would turn on and display time in the middle of the night. That woke a couple of us.

Nice views of Tatry Mountains, with Zakopane down below, from the large balcony as well as the bedroom and living room. The restaurant on premises offers a really good selection of food, and the breakfast buffet was great. Also with a view of Tatry Mountains, as you eat.

Access to the parking lot in the back of the hotel is up a steep rocky hill, which makes getting in and out a challenge. There is active construction going on around, as this seems to be a newly developed area.

The location is exceptional! Direct views towards the upper Tatra mountains. Rooms were amazing, comfortable and excellent views from the rooms. The breakfast each day was varied and delightful. Would definitely stay here again on another visit to the mountains.

Car parking is not particularly clear. Also when using the rear car park, confidence is needed to drive up the steep gravel road, with a tight right hand turn into the car park itself.

Food at the restaurant is excellent. The staff are great, especially Nazar! We had a problem with the door and he fixed it right away and was exceptionally friendly and professional. The location is great, up the hill and quiet, but close to the chair lift if you want to get into Zakopane. It´s away from the hectic tourist spots, which is great. The only issue is transport is a little unreliable sometimes, so you may have to take a taxi sometimes. We managed very easily to get the bus into town and to the Tatra National Park for hiking, but outside of the center the bus can be unreliable and sometimes it´s full, so it doesn´t even stop. If you have a car, this place is perfect. Without it, it´s still a great option.

The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. You have everything in the room what you need. The view is just breathtaking, you can see Zakopane and the mountains from the top. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, with excellent coffee. We could take our two border collie dogs with us as well. We will come back again for sure!

Be careful with the way up to the venue as it is quite steep with car.

We liked the view the most! It was absolutely stunning. We loved that the apartmant was cleaned and neat with amazing terrace. We also enjoyed the breakfast, it had everything we needed. Also the food in restaurant for dinner was really delicious with good prices. We also appreciated that we could make our own coffee/ tea in the apartment. The stuff was very helpful and friendly, helped us with our questions. The Butorowy dwor yes indeed, is located in a hill so be prepared for it. It offers also outdoor playground for kids.

What we really didnt enjoy were beds. They were so uncomfortable, so small. I had a backpain from sleeping there. If you change beds, it can be 10 stars from possible 10. Good luck. 👍

an incredible location with a view of the Tatra mountains , delicious breakfast, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of our apartment,,quiet rooms, comfortable beds, warm rooms. the staff responded instantly to our requests to provide us with heaters, giving us fresh towels etc.

The property was very nice with wood furniture and lots of details, very clean, and cozy 😌

The bad was little small for us

The view was really amazing and the balcony was nice. The premises was very clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty!

The room was quite small, bed was squashed in one corner and quite narrow. There were no curtains (only creme colored blinds who let the sun in at 5.30am, which woke me up). It was a bit pricey overall.

Views!

I booked for 4 adults but got bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The booking said 2 rooms with two beds. If the bunk beds would have been pointed out at the time of booking doubt we would book it. Hard to clime a bunk bed at the age of 55 !
