The hotel is very smart and modern and the reception staff are very good. There are few places around it but you wouldn't know that if you arrive by taxi from the airport. Bus service into town involves a change; it can be easier to do a 15 mins walk to the stop for the second service. Overall, it is good and from clearing the passport cheque you can be at the reception desk in 5 to 10 mins.

Pool doesn't open until quite late which is a shame as I had to leave. Taxi fare from the airport is a fixed rate which would probably get you all the way to town. And there is no real alternative - walking is an impossibility and would be very unsafe.

Nice pool, good breakfast, steam room and the sauna. We were able to get a late check out without extra charge which was really nice. All in all a nice one night stop before going to the airport.

The dinner - quite slow service due to only one waiter taking the orders, delivering food, charging (the hotel was full so they should have anticipated a busy dinner and get extra help) and the food was quite average. The rooms are somewhat outdated (clean though) but I missed an outlet next to bed for charging a phone - there was an outlet only on one side of the bed.

The fact that the hotel accepts very late arrivals was ideal for us, especially after our already late flight was delayed by a further two hours. We arrived at nearly 3am to the hotel and was greeted by a very friend receptionist. Nice clean rooms that sleeps three comfortably.

The location is neither near the airport nor near the city centre of Cagliari so we had to use taxis until the hire car center was open. Not really a fault of the hotel but something to take in mind when planning on why you would stay.

Very convenient for airport but not for the city if you don't have a car. (but we did so not a problem.) Room comfortable and well equipped and reception staff were excellent. We arrived early but they had the kids connected room ready so we could leave our bags and then explore the city and check in the other room in the evening.

The air conditioning in the room was very loud and disturbed our sleep. The lowest setting for the fan was still too loud and air con was needed. Breakfast hit food could have been better and expensive for a family for what it was.

The staff are well-trained professionals. The restaurant serves high quality meals, well-prepared, and is attended by as good a wait staff as anywhere. They navigated at least 5 languages that I heard around me during my stay, providing wine advice that served particularly well.

I would have rated this place a 10 except that the WIFI did not reach my room on the 3rd floor and I was needing to stay in touch with people throughout my stay requiring me to go to the lobby to use, where it worked very well.

- the location is not the nicest (industrial zone), but a convenient 10min car ride from the center of the city and 10min away from the airport.

I chose this hotel only because of it’s proximity to the airport as I had an early flight. The standard room was a good size, clean, quiet, comfortable enough and I liked that the bathroom had a bathtub. The staff was helpful to organise a taxi transfer.

The bed mattress was not very comfortable. The furnishings looked a bit outdated. I ordered something to eat for a late lunch and was told that the kitchen was closed and very few options were available from the “all-day” menu at the restaurant. The couple of side dishes I could get were low quality and poorly prepared. Maybe the food is better when the kitchen is open, but they should make it clear that the restaurant is not open for orders “all-day” as advertised.

Our flight was delayed and we urgently booked this hotel for one night and it was a great choice: 5 min drive (14 euro) from the airport, quiet and clean room, and VERY friendly staff accommodated us late at night. We forgot some staff in our room and two days later it was found for us and we were able to pick it up just fine. Thanks to the hotel staff for all their help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than our check in time, and they let us go to our room as soon as it had been cleaned. They told us everything we needed to know about the facilities at the hotel including opening and closing times for the restaurant, pool, etc. They ordered us a taxi into the city for a night out and arranged a taxi to transport us to the airport the next day. The food in the restaurant was good and the serving staff were friendly.

There wasn't a kettle, tea/coffee in the room.

Hotel is close to the airport with a 10 minute drive however not close to anything else. Room was great and staff were amazing. The gentleman behind the desk bent over backwards to find us a taxi early Easter Monday morning after we underestimated their availability. Restaurant opened at 1930 and food was great and served quickly. Everyone spoke perfect English.
