We loved the hospitality expressed by the manager Patrizia during check in and during the whole stay. We were upgraded for a deluxe room since it was our first time there. Our mini bar was filled one time with beverages and some snacks. There was a coffee machine in the room a d two bottles of mineral water. The hotel is updated and very clean. The breakfast was emazing with forseco salmon omlettes made according to your taste cheese and cold cuts fruits creasl and vegtable. Dinner was great with 5 dishes served on white tablecloth and by 5wonderful waiters Vitali, Michael and Sean. In the afternoon tea and cakes made by the amazing chef patissary who prepare wonderful cakes for4 dinner. Out doir swimming pool 2 saune and an outside war. Sea water and a jaccuzi are offered. We got a torist card for free use of cable car and a picolo express train usage in the surrounding. The restaurant is runned by herr Helmut with vey high standards.

There was nothing negative

Everything was perfect, excellent amenities, fine dining - more like slow food menu, attentive staff. Our upgraded room unfortunately lacked balcony and the window could not be opened; after spending one night in it we informed the reception and were immediately moved to new room. Great plus is also summer plus card which entitles you to unlimited rides with lifts(plus other attractions) and very reasonable prices of drinks in restaurants, lobby and pool bar. We will definitely come back.

The façade is illuminated during night and lights run the whole length of the balcony railings. Sleeping with the doors and curtains open ( if you appreciate fresh mountain air in the summer) was a bit of a challenge, the room was bright almost as during the day. It is probably not a winter issue but in the summer it would be nice if the illumination is turned off at let's say eleven or midnight.

Everything from the beginning to the end was amazing. The staff are super friendly, especially the Croatian crew. They are helpful and always smiling. The hotel is really nice, it has a lot of facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, gym) so it is never boring. Food was delicious. The details like free mini bar, possibility of a late check out, tea time, water for traveling was what really made our stay exceptional. We will for sure be back.

As I sad, everything was amazing but just 2 things: - It would be great to have a bigger gym, it looked bigger on the photos but actually is very small and gets crowded very quickly. - Breakfast was very nice but we noticed that a lot of things were not refilled and more options like pancakes, salads or toasts/sandwiches would be better.

Staff was great, food was good (a la carte menu for dinner). Spa is well equiped with both nudist and non-nudist options (same offering in both). Location is amazing, right on the ski slope near the ski lift. Parking included in the price at least in the summer.

While the dinner was great I would love to have at least one drink included every night. Also breakfast was nice too, but a larger offering would be appriciated. The a la carte menu is good on both the dinner and breakfast, though.

The receptionist was very kind and well trained. We wanted the room with a balcony and he arranged it without any problem. I also liked the size of the room, the sauna, and the pool. The food was quite good, the dinner could be a little bit better, some dishes were basic and portions were really small. The breakfast was very good. The sauna was very good, it was big and clean, there was also a selection of tea, nuts and water always available. The location of the hotel is perfect. A ski depo was great.

The staff in the restaurant was not well trained. They didn't know how to present the menu and food. The food was quite good, but I would expect a little bit more for this range of hotel..

Excellent food, perfect location.

My suggestion for the hotel is not to offfer “extras” such a 5% discount for the next stay (very nice until you read it’s valid three and a half months ... ), free minibar on the first day (also very nice until you open the door and see the poorest mini bar you can remember – no wine or beer) and free tea service and cakes during the day – in reality no cakes, a sufficient selection of teas but no hot water... No “extras” = no disappointments.

First of all, I like the fact that this hotel pays attention to every detail. From entering and how to handle your car to lipstick and the other offerings in the bathroom, minibar that is free for the first refill, water that you get for the safe travel, shop where I could by a comb that I forgot... well done Wulfenia team! The dinner was really amazing, very delicious and its included in the price. On the leave you get 5% discount for the next time. Our room got upgraded, we got the view on the mountains and ski path. There are 2 warm outside pools, one of them is jacuzzi and there is also a gym. I liked the interior of the hotel, and big glass windows in the restaurant. I also liked hotel stuff were different nationalities, also mine, so I spoke my language and it felt like home.

The sauna could work longer than 2pm to 8pm, so we can enjoy more

Personel was very helpful and kind. The services which hotel provides are great. Everything through restaurant wellness bar and ski room is wonderful. Really enjoyed the accomodation.

We stayed in three different rooms during our stay. In room number 420 is view on the emergency exit and the bathtub is really small even for a regular person. And if you take a bath for more than 10 minutes there is leakage of water. We should have similar rooms but for the same price 403 and 420 was totally different.

The best location in the entire ski resort in terms of ski-in-and-out. Spa&pool area is outstanding, in particular the outdoor pools. Quality of food is high quality cuisine. Staff is very friendly and helpful in general.

Although the hotel confirmed in advance that the will inform the chef about our dietary restrictions (gluten-free), our needs were more or less ignored. In most cases there was only one gluten-free option available with no attempts to make more options available. The waiters in the bar area completely ignored some of the guests. We spent some hours there without having been asked once by a waiter.

The position of the hotel right on the slopes-you can ski in/ski out, beautiful wellness with outside pool and jacuzzi where you can ring the bell to your waiter to bring you some drinks😃. The whole staff-everyone from the reception, waiters,bartender,sommelier-everyone was great,kind and helpful people always smiling and ready to help. Great food,both breakfast and dinner. Nice and super clean rooms. We will come back for sure!😊
