I was unable to enjoy the breakfast. I didn’t give myself enough time enjoy that part of my stay. The location was ok. It was away from everything but only 5 minutes from mall.

I traveled by myself. Being a female I want to feel safe. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that didn’t set well with me safety Wise. One was the dead bolt lock would not lock on the inside of the door. The other thing was getting ice was all the way in the back in between the buildings. Also I was uninformed the rooms were outside not in an actual hotel building.

Its in a great spot. We stay there every time we visit our son in college at WLU. Its close to the interstate, breakfast is good, and its only one exit away from lots of restaurants and shopping.

There was no cable which made for a boring night once we got there. The hotel had called and warned me the cable would be out and it wasn't their fault.

staff what very polite and extremely helpful when somehow when I went for ICE my door jammed and I couldn't get in it was freezing out and I just got back from Florida I hadn't had time to grab any warm clothes. The went above and beyond to get me in my room

the room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable, the room overlooked the pool ( which is closed for the season) and not facing the traffic. I liked that there was both a microwave and fridge in the room. the breakfast room was really nice though I dislike folded eggs that were obviously pre made .. yuch.... but the toaster and ceral selections were good as well as the waffle maker.

the bathroom was very small but knowing this is an older hotel wasn't unexpected. there was no coffee packets for the coffee maker and only one tea bag was left for us. the heat was powerful but very loud, again an older unit that could be updated.

First floor, easy access to highway, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast was well stocked with many options and tasty. Thankful for television having CBS so my wife could carry on her tradition of being able to watch Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

It was a little older room but not really a problem given the reasonable price. But not really a dislike

The cleaning staff was wonderful and so was the older female at the front desk during check in. The pool was nice and clean. The room was really good.

The younger front desk female was rude the two times I met her and stayed on her cellphone talking about someone else's boyfriend who was cheating, so definitely not work related.

I would rate itt all excellent for the price, except for the fact that my TV wouldn't work. But the sttaff quickly moved me to another room. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast excellent. The rooms were very clean.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was conveniently close to everything. The tv had alot of good channels on.

The room had a musty smell and needed to be renovated some because it needed some work done. The breakfast was very good other then wished there wouldve been different kinds of eggs everyday instead of the same ones. The bathroom was very tight. But overall, it wasn't a horrible experience and would stay again

Breakdown Beds and rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable beds. And breakfast was awesome and Penny was a employee who made us feel comfortable and actually checked In to make sure everything was good. Was actually very quiet at night...

The tube had dirty water backed up in it. But it wasn't a big deal for us since we showered before we got there.

i really liked the price point for the quality of the room we were in!

the only thing my boyfriend and i struggled with is that it was hard to find an outlet that was accessible, we had to have our phones plugged in across the room and missed our alarms and almost were late to checking out. but other than that it was perfect!
