I liked how nice the receptionist was, she was making sure that we are comfortable enough, because our room didn’t have a balcony and she was kind enough to move us to another room really fast.

I didn’t enjoy that the pool was closed, because we were looking for a hotel with nice spa and pool and that was a little disappointing. Also we have paid 500lv for two nights and we had to pay 60lv more just for the parking was a little annoying given the fact that it could be included in the high price.

I liked the location, the hotel looks very nice, the outdoor pool is great, also with its bar, we liked also the childrens pool (there's also inside pool), and the sauna (there are 3 dry, and one wet that didn't work). The breakfast was great, with at least 4 kinds of pastrami and cheeses, 3 kinds of eggs, 2 kinds of sausage/bacon. The beds were also great, comfy, soft and large. The staff was nice but ineffective. What I didn't liked was the room service, although we switched on the toggle, no one came, only after we asked them too. We had to ask every day for towels (we received robes), toilet paper. They didn't clean the room, they didn't replenishe and clean the tea cups, didn't order the beds, didn't vacuum the floor carpet.

New hotel, very clean, with nice admosphere. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals and 5 minutes walk from gondola station.

Small indoor pool and the spa facilities could be better.

The rooms are quite small but have everything that is needed and good storage space. The beds are very comfortable The breakfast could have a little more variety

The water was not too hot in the shower. The A/C in the interconnecting double room was not working

Amazing location with incredible views. There’s a great garden with turtles all around the yard. The breakfast is superb and they prepare for you different varieties of eggs and pancakes. The room-so good equipped with hairdressers, iron machine system and very nice and cozy furniture and paintings. The staff- so, so polite! Admiration about the attitude of the staff! And we have perfect temperature in the room! The air conditioning is working perfectly! It’s delightful and very relaxing stay! Thank you for your warm hospitality!

The rooms are cozy, very clean and have everything you may need. Beds are very comfortable too. The SPA is okay and you definitely must try Iva’s massages!! The food in the restaurant is also good and we want to specially mention about Alisher and Boyan who were our waiters in the restaurant. They were super polite and caring. You definitely won’t go wrong with choosing Four Points for your stay.

Excellent stay at Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel is in perfect shape, new, comfortable, all facilities work and are maintained perfectly. Small,clean rooms,functional with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the wellness center, I especially loved the sauna with a view. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. The lobby bar serves excellent cocktails, and the Christmas ambiance gives the hotel a special charm during winter. The staff were wonderful and helpful throughout our stay! Also the location is central so you could get anywhere by foot if the weather is okay :) I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back for a future stay!

The hotel is renovated and is greatly designed. The rooms were very comfortable, very modern, clean. The beds were so comfortable. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom and an iron in the room to prepare my clothes. There are black-out curtains so you can sleep well and relax. The rooms were soundproof for sure because my 3 yo son was sleeping with his grandparents next door and I didn't hear him once and he is so loud. The hotel provided a baby cot for my 2 mo. And were so nice to help me with the stroller every time. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable and you can easily have an online business meeting or call. The breakfast was great, very diverse and delicious. Great quality. The pools both for kids and adults were warm and clean. The staff was the best!!! I was really surprised because you can't see this very often in Bulgaria. Very nice, very friendly, very helpful. All smiling and greeting the guests. The staff helped our stay to be so pleasant. When you are on vacation you want to see smiling and happy people. I was very surprised by the hotel because usually in Bulgaria the quality of the service is not good :( And the photos of the hotels don't match the reality but in this case, the reality exceeded the photos.

Everything was more than perfect.

We had a wonderful‘getaway’ weekend at the hotel with my husband. The outdoor pool is amazing- big and clean, a the water was with perfect temperature. The rooms were nice and clean ( we had a free water bottle as a compliment) The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Top location!

The room that we had was at the side of the street and was very noisy and having in mind that A/C was not working and the balcony door had to be open, we couldn’t sleep so good. There are no chairs at the balcony so you cannot sit there( next time I will ask for a Garden view room, since the garden is calm and beautiful). The prices at the restaurant and bar are way too high for the quality - I paid 9 lv for an Ice coffee which tasted like a cold milk with Nesquik, also 20 lv for an Aperol Spritz that didn’t have the classic taste, more like a bit of Aperol and an orange juice.

The porter who parked my car in the parking left both front windows open, no hand break and lights on. Thankfully my car started without battery drain and there was no heavy rainfall. I tipped the porter generously but only realised the porter’s oversight after I checked out. In any case he was not able to speak English hence there was no point in approaching him to inform him of his carelessness. It was a busy weekend due to jazz festival and surely the Porter’s negligence was not intentional, everyone makes mistakes and no consequences caused, however I find it important to share to avoid this with other guests or me in the future.
