Nice and helpful staff, spacious apartment, good cleaning, excellent heating. There was a kitchenette in our apartment, good for preparing breakfasts and light meals. There is a ski room in the hotel, where you can leave your equipment free of charge. Gondola is within walking distance. There are few hotel parking spaces, but there is a large public parking behind the hotel free of chare, where we parked.

No major issues, everything was as expected and advertised, even better.

Le location is very good, in the heart of the city, restaurants and gondola, the rooms were spacious and it was very handful to have 2 bathrooms (one with toilet and one with shower). + very nice spa, very big jacuzzi. And enough parking space in the back of the hotel. We would return if coming back to Bansko

The fact that the smoke from the restaurant's barbecue downstairs was always coming in when opening the window (needed due to the warmth in the apartament).

The location was excellent. We were only a 5 minute walk away from the main Gondola lift and our ski hire which was located on the same street. All of the staff were very welcoming and were more than happy to help you at any time and the room was maintained daily including fresh towels. The sauna and jacuzzi were great after a full day skiing and they were clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and great prices which is also discounted if you stay with Dumanov.

The pillows were terrible, they were small and rock solid and it could get quite noisy in our room due to the nearby restaurants playing music. This was mainly due to having the balcony door slightly open to let cold fresh air in through the night as it got really warm in the room. The noise was hardly an issue when the door was closed. The room also stunk of smoke which was mainly noticeable after we'd got back to the room and the cleaners had been round.

Hotel Dumanov facilities are truly excellent value from the ski/board storage room to the huge jacuzzi bathing room /steam/sauna/massage treatment area, very friendly and efficient staff, location to the Gondola and easy access to the bars due to its central location

The pavements in town need some TLC from the ski boots

Location of the property was Prime! Only 5 mins walking from the Ski Lift. Breakfast was really tasty with enough options to choose from. The staff and the owner were definitely something else that i have never experienced. In Bansko they say that you come as a customer and you leave as a friend. And this owner was no different. He really became our friend at the end of the journey. For sure will visit again. Thank you for everything.

The Hotel Dumanov is an excellent hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to help me find a day sac I left behind in a local taxi. The room I stayed in was comfortable, warm & very clean with a private balcony, at a reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

There is a great breakfast and the location of the hotel is very good. Nice sauna and overall pretty great experience over the weekend despite the bad snow conditions

Nice location and good value for money. The connected restaurant is well worth the money. I enjoyed the house red!

The walls are quite thin, it was noisy the first night but we requested a move and they put us somewhere much quiter.

Location, personal is great! It was very clean in the room.

Soundproofing needs to be improved, beds and pillows in the room are not comfortable

great location to the ski lifts, staff very friendly and helpful, plenty of shops and restaurants on same road, nice clean rooms, tv with some English channels

I think having a booking system for the spa facilities would be beneficial as we tried to use it once and it was full and we kept going to check if free and the majority of the time the men who were using it was just having a break on the benches outside the hot tub and my daughter who is young didn’t feel comfortable to use the facilities while others where sat extra close by
