Quiet area, close to the sea and the center of Kamari. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy, in perfect Santorini's Style. Every day a delicious breakfast with homemade cakes and coffee. Margherita and her husband are awesome hosts. With amazing kindness, cordiality and availability, they made us feel at home. Their attention has marked the stay making it extremely pleasant.

A stunning property in a perfect location full of love!! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing! We were warmly greeted by the best hosts Margarita and George! They freshly baked something for breakfast every morning and helped us engage with the Greek Culture. They gave the best recommendations for eating and sightseeing. The location is perfect - not too busy but enough activity - maximum 25 minute drive to anywhere on the island (including all bigger towns). Less than 100 meters from the beach!!!! The property is gorgeous filled with amazing architexture and bright flowers - it was built by George and his dad! You are missing out if you don’t stay here I can not recommend it enough!

That we didn’t stay longer!!

The room was even better than it seemed in the pictures, it was big, the bathroom was also big and so was the balcony, with a beautiful view. It was more than enough for a couple. Very clean, we were provided with every day cleaning and change of sheets and towels. Also the location was excellent, almost at the beach and near the main street.But what we liked most about it were the hosts. We never encountered such good and nice people, now that we returned home we actually miss them. The hostess prepared every day a homemade meal/snack for all the guests which were very tasty! She also always received us with love and care and provided us with all sorts of recommendations. She was like a mother to us and we miss you very much!!🫶🫶

Amazing owner couple who take care of every single detail. Very nice owners, friendly, smiling, helpful. Near the airport and they also go to see the planes coming in which was amazing. We didn't mind the noise. Great conditions, clean and close to the beach, in the center of Kamari. Near restaurants, bars. Every morning they wait for you to open the door and a sweet lady will hand over a plate of homemade cakes. The room is super clean. The place is less than 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the main bus station. Kamari restaurants and bars are also 2 min walk to the sea side. During our check out we got a souvenir from owners. Thank you very much!

Firstly the hosts were exceptional - friendly, warm, kind and went out of their way to make me feel welcome with lots of special little personal touches to make the stay even more memorable - home made cake, little gifts. I loved the location of the property - central to the beach and restaurants yet quiet as off the Main Street. Quite vintage though modern looking in decor which I like. Room 1 on first floor had a small but utterly gorgeous balcony with beautiful bougainvillea flowers and a view down the street to the beach at the end. Very clean with comfortable bed. 2 people might need extra pillows . Shutters to keep out the light in the morning and air con and a TV. The room had a kettle with tea and coffee provided and a fridge. Downstairs in reception a nespresso machine and pods meant not having to venture far for a decent morning coffee. No need for a pool as the beach is so close.

I liked everything .

The place and hosting family were just simply amazing! The location of the property is better than we could imagine - 1 minute from the sea and a great beach with beautiful and free sunbeds, plenty of restaurants, walking street. Kamari is a great place to stay, as we realized as soon as we checked the whole island. You can go from there wherever you wish, by bus (1.6€) or with rental car, and it will take not more than 30 minutes. Staying at Kamari will give you a possibility to spend your mornings by the sea and the area has a better weather than Thira or Oia (which are super hot summer time). Margarita, George and their daughters are so welcoming people, so we recommend this place to all of our friends! Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. A bottle of wine as a welcome gift was super nice. We borrowed beach towels for free, room had hairdryer. 1000% recommend this place!!

Everything was amazing, from first minute till the last

We were allowed to spend 14 days in this accommodation. The only complaint is that we had booked a room that was too small if travelling with much luggage. But as I said, it was our mistake. The deluxe double room offers many things: a refrigerator, kettle, coffee, tea, cups and wine glasses. Every day there are fresh towels as well as beach towels (!). We had a balcony with a small table and 2 chairs, clothesline and pegs. Likewise, the room has A/C. On the street we also always found a PP for our car. Margarita and Georgios are such nice people, and Margarita baked every day sweet or savory to eat there or to take away. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine at the reception where you can help yourself. A bottle of water was also always free. What more do you want to enjoy your vacation to the fullest?! What is to be mentioned, is the aircraft noise (airport around the corner). This is in case someone is sensitive to noise. But with Oropax you hear nothing more.

What a wonderful experience it was staying in these apartment ☺️ The hosts George & Margarita were the friendliest kindest people I’ve ever stayed with, they made my family’s time here very special! They provided wine, water & freshly baked cakes for us, nothing was too much trouble. Margaritas warmth & laughter was infectious 🥰 The room was cleaned & towels changed daily. Apartment close to all entertainment, could see the sea from the front door, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!! Thanks so much for a wonderful holiday x

The family that owned the villa and hosted us during our stay there were the loveliest people we had ever met. Margarita was so sweet and lively with us, and made us delicious cakes and omelettes for breakfast. We really appreciated the kindness we were shown by everyone. The house was beautifully painted and decorated, a lot of care and love had clearly been put into it, from growing the beautiful pink flowers to the pebbled patio flooring.
