Location and parking with direct access to the hotel were very convenient. Room was very comfortable.

The checkin process was kind of awkward because there was no parking in order to walk in to the registration desk for check in. I had to wait driving around at least half hour waiting for a spot and then wait for my turn to enter the hotel parking. Maybe, allowing guests with confirmed parking reservations to park in the hotel facility might help the checkin process a lot. Finding a “clean” folded stained face towel in the bathroom was not a good first impression walking into the room.

Clean, spacious, and well-equipped rooms. The staff was super helpful, always trying to provide the best service possible. Moreover, the location is great. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

Unfortunately, there is no parking space available for all rooms. I confess that we booked it last minute and maybe they were fully booked on account of that. I say this because it is really hard to find something in the neighborhood. Apart from that, the rooms views are not great and the building only has one elevator, something that complicates your life specially during the checkout. We were also surprised with the fact that the bar was not open.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Car parking available in the hotel. Very close to the old, medieval centre.

- On 4 occasions, we had to ask the reception to reset our electronic key card as it didn’t work. The last day, they finally provided us with a new key card. Not world shocking but a bit annoying though. - During breakfast, we’d prefer to listen to soft music instead of a popular radio station. - The walls between the rooms are somehow thin. Very disturbing in case of noisy neighbours.

Good location in quiet area but close to all services -- 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor etc. Excellent front desk staff, friendly, competent and helpful. The shower was somewhat complicated but was incredible with many spa/hot tub features. Bathroom in general gets high marks.

Not much, although bed did not have "regular" pillows but the long, body-type pillow. I prefer 2 regular, rectangular pillows. Bed was just good, if you like them firm, you'll like these.

Very nice, polite and helpful staff. Tasty and plentiful breakfasts. The room is clean and equipped with the necessary amenities. Lacolization in the old part of the city, but a bit further away, so it's rather quiet.

The nearest neighborhood is not very interesting.

Delightful small hotel, situated on the periphery of old Salamanca. Five minutes walk took us to the heart of this historic town. There were many interesting shops and restaurants close by. A hearty breakfast was available but not part of our hotel plan.

The staff was really helpful and available. The room was confortable and the shower amazing! Too bad because I had a window that didn't face the street and the room was a little dark but overall very comfortable. The location is really good, only 6 minutes from Plaza Mayor. I am satisfied about my staying!

My only negative observation stems entirely from my personal health issues whereby I found walking uphill from the town centre to the hotel almost impossible. Had I been aware of this I should have ordered a taxi both ways.

Lovely staff gave us an attentive welcome and were really helpful with parking our camper van which obviously wouldn’t fit in their car park

Nothing, it was quite perfect, close to the centre and clean and roomy and very comfortable

a wonderful location in the heart of the city. sitting at a walking distance from the city’s greatest sights, shops and restaurants. The staff was quite friendly, the prices were acceptable and the beds were on point.
